  • Perfect Location, perfect for anyone who really wants to experience Breck!

"You will find no better location in Breck, period! We stayed at the home with another couple, our three kids, and one friend of our son. All the kids are teenagers. The home sits two blocks from the guts of Main Street and one and a half blocks from a nice grocery store. Parking for two cars is either right outside the door or one house down on a very busy day (and then only if you drive somewhere, which is never necessary). The free bus stop is immediately out the door (blue route to Beavers Run is the best way to start a day on the slopes). The kitchen is great and has good seating, as does the dining room. There is plenty of living space and the wifi worked very well; and even with all 8 of us showering when we came off the slopes, there was always plenty of hot water. The owner is incredibly easy to work with and is extremely responsive. Without any hesitation, he mailed something to us that we had left in the house (ever had a hotel even find something that you left in a room, much less mail it to you???). Only two cautions: you need to be willing to climb stairs and understand that one of the bathrooms is on the first floor, but neither of these is a problem. If your are in Breck, you better be capable of climbing a few stairs. We cooked most nights but walked to restaurants on a few. I highly recommend the home for any active family and during any time of the year! Great experience!"

  • Breckenridge 2/8/15

"Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a great experience. The location is in close proximity to downtown so it made it easy to get to things after getting off the slopes. The place is a little bit small (especially the kitchen) and VERY noisy. I would stay there again but maybe not in a unit right on Ridge St. It would help to have some basic spices such as salt and pepper."

  • Wonderful accommodation

"This rental had many amenities and lots of extras. It is a beautiful home with luxurious touches. I would for sure recommend this home! The large living area and joined kitchen was great for a larger group. Having 4 suites made the vacation A+ for couples who needed privacy. If you are a group with singles, the extra room in the entertainment area may not be what you are looking for. If you are bringing children who will sleep on anything, it will be great. For adults, I would recommend 2 for this areaa, 1 on each sofa. This would mean that a group of 10 adults is really the max unless you put an 11th person in the main living area on the sofa. The home is so technologically updated that it required some help to figure out how to control the TV/VCR/Cable and the heating system (which we never got totally figured out), so I recommend getting an in person lesson on this, as we were VERY warm upstairs with the radiant heat from the floors. Bravo to the owners for such a lovely home with a FABULOUS location. We walked daily to the Village to embark on our skiing adventures, and we walked home in the evenings. These strolls through town were a great way to begin and end our days. For those in our group too tired to stroll the few blocks, the shuttle drops off practically at the front door. There is an endless supply of things to see and do right out the front door. Spectacular space and wonderful community! Thumbs up!!"
