  • Summer Family Fun

"My experience with the owners from the first inquiry to the check out was excellent. The property exceeded our expectations. It was well equipped, clean, quiet and comfortable. We loved the upscale decor, private parking and the elevator (for luggage and groceries). This attributed to a fantastic summer vacation in the greater Breckenridge area. Thank you for making your home away from home available on VRBO! We will definitely be back to enjoy the summer and the winter in Breck!"

  • Perfect location for a family vacation

"Our family group of 14 - age ranges 1 1/2 to 79 stayed for a week in this wonderful home. It was well suited for a group our size and had many of the amenities that we required (highchair, baby gates, bedrooms, bathrooms, large dining area, dine-in friendly). It was an easy, short walk to the gondola for those trips up the mountain. Easy walk to downtown for dining, shopping, and site-seeing. Roomy for everyone to have a bit of their own space and accommodating for us to be together as well. Two living areas, ample TVs, Wi-Fi - wonderful for the variety entertainment or quiet needed for a family vacation. Only caution, remember your flip-flops for traversing the splinter-friendly deck getting to and from the hot-tub. We would love to stay there again - winter or summer - as the location and amenities are ideal for activities year-round."

  • Great winter stay in great Breckendridge location!

"We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo; it was perfect for our purposes. The location is great - a 10 minute or less walk from everything you need, including restaurants, grocery store and the Quicksilver chair at Breckenridge (well, maybe 15 minutes to the chair in ski boots - just don't miss the staircase passthroughs next to Empire Burger at La Cima Mall and next to the green house on Ridge St, otherwise you'll be taking a longer route). In addition to the easy walking, the Blue Route of Breck's free ride shuttle stops in both directions just outside of the condo parking lot. This makes for easy rides to either the gondola or Beaver Run chair. We didn't move the car once it was parked in the condo's space in the underground parking garage. As for the condo itself, it is in great condition and was plenty big enough for our group. The extra beds in the loft space meant everyone could have their own bed, and the half bath upstairs meant no need to come down the steep staircase at night. The kitchen is huge and was fully stocked for our needs. And the living space was also sufficient. There is no dining room table, but plenty of seating space along the counter separating the kitchen and living room. We had only two small complaints. First, there wasn't sufficient storage for ski equipment; it ended up piling just inside the front entryway, because there is no closet / locker for it. And second, the unit's cable box is connected to the small television in the loft, rather than to the big-screen TV in the living room. This seemed a bit odd, as it meant the better channel selection was only available upstairs. It also seems like an easy fix, however. Overall, we would definitely recommend this condo to any group for their stay."
