"I have stayed in many rentals around the states and Desiree has been great, she was super fast with her response to questions or concerns we had during our stay, which is not always typical. The lower windows in the home are actually a separate space that has a permanent renter with a friendly dog. Flurry Lodge was very relaxing and beds were very comfortable, wifi was easy. We had the pleasure of seeing 2 bull Moose and a Female which we watched off our balcony as they made their way. If you are not to be climbing stairs lots then this home is not for you, we almost brought my 93 year old grandfather who would have never been able to get in or out of the house. The upper level has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the living and kitchen area. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook, the open floor plan is nice and comfortable. The book you read upon arrival is very helpful. There is no parking in the garage and you are only allowed to park on the right side, which can be a bit narrow with a high retaining wall as the permanent renters have two vehicles they park from the middle to the left side and you can not park on the street because you may get ticketed. We made a fire in the fire pit one night which was very enjoyable, you must collect your own wood which is not a big deal as it is in abundance on the ground. It is quiet and peaceful and only a short drive to town, we drove down nightly to the river that runs through town and walked a great walking path, my husband also fly fished there and caught the largest trout, it is catch and release which we enjoy. We also did several hikes, Hoosier pass we saw several Doll Sheep and their babies. There is a mine tour and we rented a pontoon boat on Lake Dillon in Frisco which is a short drive. The Gondola is a 5-10 minute drive from the house with no weather and you can take airport road straight to it. There was a grocery and gas station about 5-10 minutes away and very accessible. It was really nice to be able to take our dogs as they are our furbabies and we were happy to clean up after them to leave the area clean. The only concern is that the neighbors and the tenants below will let their dogs run free, this caused some concern a few times when we were outside walking ours. Overall this was a really nice rental and we would stay here again."

"This is the best ski accommodation we have booked in the US. The party of 12 thoroughly enjoyed staying at Cobb vista, excellent location, fantastic amenities and spectacular views. The journey to Peak 7/8 takes 5 minutes, and the town is a further 5 minutes down the road. The welcome from the owners agent in Breckenridge was splendid, she went out of her way to be of assistance, even getting extra gas for the barbecue and any issue we had was resolved with the minimum of fuss.
We would highly recommend this property and I am sure that we will make a return visit in the near future."

"Great location on the mountain and not far from town. Plenty of room for our family of five! We hiked to the gondola and went into town for shopping and crepes. We enjoyed the alpine slides and roller coaster on the mountain, horse back riding, playing cards on the front porch, watching movies and ending our day in the hot tub. Great family memories were made in the Moose Mountain Lodge. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We hope to return for the ski season. We would recommend this cabin and Tom was quick to respond to questions and made the process effortless."

"Cindy's Condo removes all of the stress involved in getting your family on the Mountain. The unit is on the same floor as the lift, the ski rental, ski storage and ticket purchase. You literally walk down the hallway into the rental store. No stairs, no doors, no incline! Lift 7 is 100 feet from the door. Again no stairs, no incline. And lift 7 is the premiere blue run lift at Breckenridge. The condo is modern and well decorated. All the comforts of home.
Cindy was great to work with. She made herself available to us. Checked in frequently to make sure everything was ok. For those not skiing, there is a lift down to Breck's shopping district 50 feet outside of the unit. Absolutely perfect!"
