"Our family of 17, ranging in age from 3 years-old to 63 years-old, just returned from The Boars Nest West. The house was beautiful, well-maintained, walking distance to Peak 8, had plenty of space for family dinners, board games, and roasting s'mores! The finished basement is perfect for the kids and teenagers - whether playing games, watching a movie in the fabulous theater room, or warming up in the hot tub, it gave the kids ample space to spread out and have fun! Adults were very comfortable in the bedrooms / bathrooms upstairs. Has a gourmet kitchen with everything you need - from a pancake griddle to tupperware containers for leftovers.
Scenery and nature abound - was visited by 2 red foxes every day and saw a deer one morning out the kitchen window.
Will definitely be back! Highly recommend for large groups."

"unbelievable home--fully stocked kitchen, every room high quality finishes and details! the amount of space in this home could easily accommodate a very large group--there were 12 of us and there was still room for 12 more! Fantastic home --the only note is it is NOT ski in and ski out. It is a walk through some woods to the lifts--very close and you can't find much better in breck--but not typical of other ski resorts with true ski in out. (Breck doesn't have this unless you are at a condo at base) the ski rooms to hold all gear is amazing, washer dryers up and down etc etc. bus line and gondola are very short walk from house if you want to go to town. No need for a car! Carol also shared a personal shopper so groceries were there when we arrived. Worth every penny and she even will do other grocery runs at no delivery charge after first. Carol was very accommodating when we had a small issue which was resolved promptly with great service. i cannot recommend this home enough--thanks for a great week"

Absolutely best property for a larger group we have ever rented
"I have been renting a Breckenridge or Vail home to enjoy with family for years. This year we got married in Breckenridge and I decided to rent a larger home for close family who traveled far, so that they could use the week before the wedding to vacation and enjoy the Rockies. Honestly, this property made the experience something the family will cherish forever. The amazing views from the rooms, especially the upper level, the relaxed and rustic feel of the many different spaces, both indoors and outside, and last but not least, the front porch for morning coffee gatherings and the back porches for night caps with stunning sunsets.
The other major surprise was Jane. She is not only a delight on a personal level, but an absolute pro, responsive, and very helpful in helping you meet your particular vacation needs if at all possible.
Everyone in our large group loved it and we are looking forward to coming back."

"Anderson's Breck Lodge is a great place to stay for your skiing vacation. 20 steps into the woods, lock in your skis and head to the slopes. When it was time to come in, a short run through the woods back and we were right at the back door. We were within walking distance of the Gondola and the ski rental shop. The rental shop will store your skis too. The Gondola is free and the perfect way to get downtown without trying to find a parking spot.
We had an issue with the cable tv and a minor roof leak and Jane was very quick to respond. The house is extremely large. We had 10 staying and we were very comfortable with plenty of space. The basement was great for the kids and the open living/dining area was perfect. The two masters are a great perk to this house. I wouldn't be afraid to bring 2 families to this house."
