"Nine members of one family gathered here for a week of spring skiing. The
weather cooperated, and the house was great for all our family activities. The
parents could retire early to their ensuite master bedroom, the children and spouses could take over the downstairs "playroom" after the grandchildren were
tucked into their beds and trundles. The kitchen was especially well equipped, and the table large enough for all of us. The spaces worked beautifully for everyone to feel comfortable and uncrowded. We would definitely rent this beautiful house again!"

"Anderson's Breck Lodge is a great place to stay for your skiing vacation. 20 steps into the woods, lock in your skis and head to the slopes. When it was time to come in, a short run through the woods back and we were right at the back door. We were within walking distance of the Gondola and the ski rental shop. The rental shop will store your skis too. The Gondola is free and the perfect way to get downtown without trying to find a parking spot.
We had an issue with the cable tv and a minor roof leak and Jane was very quick to respond. The house is extremely large. We had 10 staying and we were very comfortable with plenty of space. The basement was great for the kids and the open living/dining area was perfect. The two masters are a great perk to this house. I wouldn't be afraid to bring 2 families to this house."

"Our stay was perfect the weather was great, and the cabin was cozy as well as the perfect size for a family. It was easy to navigate to and from peak 8 slopes. I took my wife and two young children which were in snow board lessons and after the 3rd day they were able to track down from the cabin to the lifts and ski school. the location was perfect, the cabin was better than we expected, and the owners were very helpful with all questions we had about restaurants, shopping, skiing, and getting around. Cheers to Dave, thanks for everything Alex C from Louisiana"

"Our family of 17, ranging in age from 3 years-old to 63 years-old, just returned from The Boars Nest West. The house was beautiful, well-maintained, walking distance to Peak 8, had plenty of space for family dinners, board games, and roasting s'mores! The finished basement is perfect for the kids and teenagers - whether playing games, watching a movie in the fabulous theater room, or warming up in the hot tub, it gave the kids ample space to spread out and have fun! Adults were very comfortable in the bedrooms / bathrooms upstairs. Has a gourmet kitchen with everything you need - from a pancake griddle to tupperware containers for leftovers.
Scenery and nature abound - was visited by 2 red foxes every day and saw a deer one morning out the kitchen window.
Will definitely be back! Highly recommend for large groups."
