Great Location - Owner really cares about your stay
"Wonderful home on quiet pine forest street very close to Peak 8 base. We had a family of six and we were very comfortable, could have pushed that comfortably to 9-10. Easily parked 3 cars (2 in, 1 in the driveway) and plenty of room to store mountain bikes. Plenty of bedroom and bed options and best of all, a very large family room to gather every night. Kitchen was first rate and all pots, pans, utensils easy to find. Pet friendly which was a real nice option for us. Nice deck on the back with large hot tub and gas grill. Location was awesome.......four minute walk to Peak 8 Adventure park that includes alpine slide, zip lines, miniature golf, climbing wall, a great downhill rollercoaster (my personal favorite), and a great large outdoor deck for enjoying the sunshine and grabbing a bite to eat and drink. Four minute drive into town. Owner (Paul) really wants to know that you enjoyed your time. He provided great insight on the town of Breckenridge.....great restaurants, gondola location, parking locations, and best of all Paul gave us great local tips about where to watch fireworks on the 4th. Great stay, great owner who cares."

"Two families with a total of nine people spent a week at this property. Owners are very engaged, and provide a very comfortable home for your use. Views from house are stunning, and a short walk and you are on the slopes. Little things are provided at property that you wouldn't pack......a nice touch. We met owner Jeff, and he was very personable and passionate about the area and his property. He has the heated garage set up for your staging area to get gear on and off and store there. This feature is great as it keeps all the equipment out of house, and secure. Hot tub is great as you look off into the mountain tops. Bathrooms were clean and offered space for the nine of us. If I had to offer any critique, the beds in the master and second bedroom were not great, thankfully everyone was exhausted and this is a minor point. No complaints from the bunk bed crowd however. Overall, I would come back here in a minute. Thanks Jeff !"

"My family of 5 and another couple had the best time at the home. The location to the Mid-Station was amazing and the features in the house were really cool. There are hiking trails are in every direction near the house. Their was even a stampede of deer that came through the street one night while we were enjoying the hot tub. We look forward to staying here again in the winter."

"We had the best spring break vacation at the Sawmill Creek condo. The location is unbeatable as the main gondola for skiing and main street for shopping and eating are only one block away. I was easily able to park my van with a Thule ski box in the front lot; however, we drove very little as everything is within walking distance or a free bus ride. My family of five was very comfortable in the quiet two bedroom unit. We are already discussing plans to come back again next year. The skiing at Breck during spring break is epic and we made great memories with out teenage and young adult kids! Thanks for offering such a great unit!"
