  • Excellent location

"We were very pleased with not only the space but the location. The ski shop is within a block and next to a liquor store which was convenient. Downtown also was a very brief walk. We knew the condola was easy to get to for the star,t and could ski right to the main street and have less than a block to walk to the condo. We stayed close to here in the past but this was much nicer inside and a great location. We only had two statying but was plenty big for more. Very war and inviting."

  • Perfect Summer Vacation

"This house is highly recommended. We had a wonderful stay, 2 families which included 7 adults and a 9 month old. The house is in a great location near Peak 8. It was an easy walk up to Peak 8 to take advantage of the summer time activities. We also took the gondola from Peak 8 down into the town and left our cars at home. We hiked, road mountain bikes and enjoyed the town of Breckenridge. The house is very well equipped including a highchair, stroller and a portable crib. Large kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of space for all of us. We can't wait to return in the winter."

  • Good Location and Comfortable Accommodations

"We just returned from a five day stay at Grandview. The unit was exactly as described. We were able to walk a short distance to the bus, walk a short distance to the Four O'clock Run ( there was so much snow you couldn't climb up on the snow banks to ski along the side of the road!) but it was not an issue. It was easy to ski down to get our lift tickets at Snowflake. The grocery store is a short drive to town and the buses make it very convenient to get any where if you don't want to take a short five minute drive. The unit was comfortable and very clean. I would recommend it for 2 to 3 people. The owners are in town and very accessible. They were quite nice and provided us would good information in helping us to get to know the area."

The Beauty of Breckenridge

Breckenridge is steeped in history, which visitors to Breckenridge vacation rentals can explore at leisure. Since the town was founded in order to serve miners back in the 1800s, you can visit genuine gold mines. If you are more interested in nature, head on over to Edwin Carter's log cabin. This prospector left mining to collect wildlife specimens. The Breckinridge Heritage Society renovated his cabin with interactive exhibits and historical information on Breckenridge's early days.
