"This was my first time in Colorado and a first-first for a west coast Ski/Boarding trip. Myself and several friends rented this condo due to its convenience and distance to the mountain. The condo space was big enough to accommodate four grown men and our snow gear; two of us slept in the master bedroom, one slept in the guest bedroom and the last male slept in the living room on the pull-out couch.
The owner was VERY easy to communicate with and if we had an issue, he would address it promptly although the only issue we had was the parking permit. Dave pretty much left us and let us be to explore the mountain/scene town below. As a first timer at Breckenridge, we spent more time riding around the slopes and traveling to the town below. If you were planning to head into the village for a few drinks, the shuttle stop is literally right outside the condo; all you had to do was walk down the stairs and head a few hundred feet to the stop.
Central Location between Breckenridge and Village below
Spacious 2bdrm, 2ba condo WITH balcony
Hot tub access within a minute walking distance
Access to shuttle
Walking up three levels of stairs; as a person from the east coast, we're not use to the altitude change. Haha, took us a day to get accommodated but those stairs after a long day of riding were brutal."

"Over the past 15 years, I have rented 7-9 different houses in Breckenridge and this is my absolute favorite. Its proximity to main street combined with its amazing views straight from the back deck make it the perfect location. We had a multiple families at the house and every kid was still able to have their own room. Many of the guests were able to go mountain biking straight from the house without ever riding the same trail twice during our week long stay. The walk to downtown for some meals and shopping was short and convenient. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in Breck during any season of the year. Jane was awesome and will definitely receive our business again!"

"Absolutely beautiful surroundings and very cozy stay. Only issue we had was the bathtubs became very slippery while taking a shower because they do not drain well. Had an amazing and relaxing time. Would definitely go back!"

"My family stayed in this house and it was wonderful. Mark, the owner, was great. The fridge broke the day we were to arrive but he had a back up delivered at the same time we pulled into the driveway. The house is right next to Cucumber Gulch preserve where we took daily walks/hikes and saw many deer and even two moose! There was also a resident fox that would come right by the back patio every afternoon even if we were outside in the jacuzzi. I highly recommend this home!"
