"This was our 3rd or 4th time staying at this condo, and it continues to be our preferred spot when traveling with 2 couples. Having 2 king beds in a 2BR unit is very rare, but it works well for us. The condo is is perfectly situated 1 block off Main St., and also close to hiking trails up the mountain. Lots of space inside, and well stocked with kitchen gadgets. Main room could use a bigger TV, but that's the only minor quibble."

"The condo was as described. It was spacious and clean. The steam shower was nice as well as the communal hot tubs. it was conveniently located right by the free shuttle stop to get to the gondolas. Normally you can ski down 4 O'clock run at the end of the day right to the condo but this late in season it was all melted. You don't need a car once you get here as you can walk around downtown Breckenridge within minutes. Happy with our stay and would stay again the next we're back in Breck."

"We spent a week spring skiing, staying at this condo. The location is perfect with the lifts a block away and the restaurants on Main Street a block in the other direction. The condo is very roomy and just as described. We rented equipment from Blue River Sports, also a block away. The kitchen is well equipped including a crock pot which we used several times. The City Market has all you need for groceries or stop at Whole Foods in Frisco on the way into town. The management company was very nice to deal with. We had to request maintenance due to a broken shower valve. The guy showed up within minutes and took care of it. When we requested fresh towels during our stay they were delivered almost before I had a chance to get off the phone. The only negative was that the hot tub in the complex was first closed for cleaning then not clean at all when it opened. You get access to the Village Pool complex only a few steps away so we enjoyed our hot tub time there."

"We stay in Breckenridge LOTS. We were concerned that this condo might not offer any privacy or might be noisy because it is on the first floor and has a Park address. However, because it faces north, it was remarkably quiet, private, and conveniently located near all the summer-time action. The living area was also larger than most condominiums we rent. Finally, the elevator from the garage to the first floor was perfect for my bad knees. The owner was very accommodating; I even inadvertently interrupted his 50-mile bike ride to plan our trip."
