"The location is excellent and it's about a 200 yard walk to one of the ski lifts and ski schools. The condo is very small with tight walking quarters as it was almost like staying in a motor home. There were a ton of dust bunnies under the bed and a couple of other locations that could have been cleaner, but overall the condo was pretty clean. Neighbors hanging out in the interior hallways can be noisy at times but luckily it was always just brief. The bed linens aren't really very nice. The pillows are old and are of random variety. I think it's time for a replacement of bed linens. It would be very helpful if there were clear instructions on how to use the TV's and the internet. The owner initially responded to text messages and helped out on the internet but no responses from multiple texts on how to get the bedroom TV working. I tried numerous ways to switch to "cable" as instructed, but there was no option for "cable," only "component," which still didn't work. I don't think the TV actually works in cable mode, however, the DVD did work. We didn't try the hot tub and didn't see anyone else using it either. I'm going to bet that the hot tub is rarely used. Overall we were perfectly fine with our stay and overlooked the couple of minor issues. This is a good condo and a fine stay, but it could be better if the issues I've raised were addressed."

"Our stay at 42 Cedars was wonderful! Superlatives are overused, but I must say that the home was awesome. It was cozy and inviting, comfortable and well decorated. The supplies were top notch. It indeed was like being at home away from home. The location was convenient to all we wanted to do. It was a short walk to the trail leading up to Sawmill Reservoir, which when hiked led to beautiful views. Likewise, the pond was near, so we could walk there when my grandsons wanted to ride in the “Tumble Bubbles,” which was great fun. Getting into town was also but a short walk. The location couldn’t have been better. We also enjoyed using the pools and the hot tubs. They were wonderfully relaxing. I would highly recommend 42 Cedars to anyone looking for the comforts of home!"

Extra large 1 bedroom condo with location, location ,location!
"My husband and I have been renting this condo from Brian for the past 3 summers. We rent for the entire summer from May until Oct. and we keep coming back to his unit! It is a VERY large 1 bedroom with 2 1/2 baths, which is very unusual. Extra large floor plan, with the Master bedroom down the hall. Beautiful view over the top of the other buildings with beautiful sunsets! Owner is always available should any problems arise and very easy to to communicate with. We have stayed at other condos in the area in the past and this building is very quiet. We don't hear any street or bar noise at all! Everything you could possible need is just a few steps out the door! Free bus service picks up out front on a regular schedule to get you to the grocery store. The indoor/outdoor heated pool and hot tubs along with the workout room are amazing! Under ground garage parking is also available and his kitchen is equipped with everything that you could possible need. We highly
recommend this unit and owner! Hoping to come back from FL for a ski trip in the winter! Thank you Brian for making our stay like our home away from home! We look forward to returning every year!"
