"We stayed here (4 guys) for a week of skiing. This is a very nice house with a great ski in / ski out location.
It is a great location for both skiing and getting into town. It is about a 15 minute walk to town, but of course the trip back is all uphill. Plenty of room for 4, a family with kids would also do well in this house. Only slight complaint is the TV situation, not very big and not high def. But, you're there to ski and get outside, not watch TV. Radiant heating in the floors is really nice. Property managers are always available and helpful."

"5 old college buddies had their yearly ski trip in Breckenridge and chose this townhome as their base. It was perfect! The location couldn't have been better with easy access to the slopes. The house itself was very nice and extremely comfortable. We cooked several meals in and had all the utensils, pots and pans that we needed. We also took full advantage of the hot tub. The owners couldn't have been nicer and were extremely easy to work with. We would definitely book this property again!"

"We spent Christmas week with another family at the townhouse. Children stayed on the bottom floor, allowing adults to stay up later without worry of being too loud. Kitchen has everything to make a great meal. Hot tub was perfect to relax in after a day of skiing and has heated mats on steps leading to the hot tub.
Getting ready for skiing in a heated garage was an added bonus. You can leave all your ski gear, coats and footwear in it overnight and not worry about it being cold or tracking snow inside. Ski trail is a minute's walk from the townhouse, a bus stop that takes you to town is about five minutes.
Thank you for the best Christmas vacation!"

"My 13 year old son and I just got home from a short summer break in Breckenridge and loved staying in this apartment. The views from one step outside your front door and from the hot tub are absolutely stunning. You can walk up the snowflake run (which is literally right outside the door, this must be fantastic during the ski season) a few minutes up the mountain is a lovely lake to walk around (and play in) and there are plenty of trails in amongst the trees. The apartment was also a really great base for more serious hiking (this time we hiked Buffalo Mountain which is not for easy day hikers), white water rafting trips etc. Would you be able to put a picnic table on the patio which guests could drag onto the grass? I can't imagine a nicer place to eat an evening meal outside with that beautiful view. The apartment is large for a one bedroom, having 2 bathrooms is very useful, the showers DO work it just took us some fiddling around to work out the mechanism, the hot tub was blissful and there were all the basics there for putting together family meals. The sofa bed sags a little, it was fine for my son but might not be that comfortable for a couple of mature adults. We had a really pleasant stay. We walked up and down the ski run and this apartment definitely has THE BEST ski in ski out access and possibly the nicest view (least interrupted by trees). Town was an easy walk away and during the summer the short cut under the chair lift then through the pedestrianized river area was very pleasant. Thank you Mike."
