"The condo was a good sized one bedroom with all the amenities that you could need for your stay. The best feature of this unit was it's location. A short walk down the path from the backdoor and you can ski down to the Quicksilver lift. In the evening, it's a two block walk to Main Street and all that it has to offer. You really don't need a car.
John, the owner, communicates very well and even met us on our arrival with the keys and gave us a quick tour of the unit. I'd definitely stay in John's condo again."

"We stayed in the studio for 2 weeks earlier this month - fantastic! Perfect position- short walk to Main Street and very close to the Quicksilver lift for a fast getaway in the morning. Studio itself was very well appointed, and comfortable - there were 3 of us (adults) and although snug was fine, would be perfect for 2. Next to lift, which we didn't hear at all, but was very convenient, and opposite laundry so it feels like your own. We really hope to get back again. John was fantastic to deal with."

"My 13 year old son and I just got home from a short summer break in Breckenridge and loved staying in this apartment. The views from one step outside your front door and from the hot tub are absolutely stunning. You can walk up the snowflake run (which is literally right outside the door, this must be fantastic during the ski season) a few minutes up the mountain is a lovely lake to walk around (and play in) and there are plenty of trails in amongst the trees. The apartment was also a really great base for more serious hiking (this time we hiked Buffalo Mountain which is not for easy day hikers), white water rafting trips etc. Would you be able to put a picnic table on the patio which guests could drag onto the grass? I can't imagine a nicer place to eat an evening meal outside with that beautiful view. The apartment is large for a one bedroom, having 2 bathrooms is very useful, the showers DO work it just took us some fiddling around to work out the mechanism, the hot tub was blissful and there were all the basics there for putting together family meals. The sofa bed sags a little, it was fine for my son but might not be that comfortable for a couple of mature adults. We had a really pleasant stay. We walked up and down the ski run and this apartment definitely has THE BEST ski in ski out access and possibly the nicest view (least interrupted by trees). Town was an easy walk away and during the summer the short cut under the chair lift then through the pedestrianized river area was very pleasant. Thank you Mike."
