Great location and Good condo
"The location is excellent and it's about a 200 yard walk to one of the ski lifts and ski schools. The condo is very small with tight walking quarters as it was almost like staying in a motor home. There were a ton of dust bunnies under the bed and a couple of other locations that could have been cleaner, but overall the condo was pretty clean. Neighbors hanging out in the interior hallways can be noisy at times but luckily it was always just brief. The bed linens aren't really very nice. The pillows are old and are of random variety. I think it's time for a replacement of bed linens. It would be very helpful if there were clear instructions on how to use the TV's and the internet. The owner initially responded to text messages and helped out on the internet but no responses from multiple texts on how to get the bedroom TV working. I tried numerous ways to switch to "cable" as instructed, but there was no option for "cable," only "component," which still didn't work. I don't think the TV actually works in cable mode, however, the DVD did work. We didn't try the hot tub and didn't see anyone else using it either. I'm going to bet that the hot tub is rarely used. Overall we were perfectly fine with our stay and overlooked the couple of minor issues. This is a good condo and a fine stay, but it could be better if the issues I've raised were addressed."

"We just returned from a couples trip, with four couples. This is our second time to Breck and the first staying at this location. First I would like to say how nice the owner is and how easy he is to work with. The unit does have a perfect location and is a true ski in/ski out. I do feel however the living room furnishing were worn out and need replaced. We had 8 adults in our group, so there was not enough seating for us all to hang out comfortably. The bench and straight back chairs were nice but just not comfortable for hanging out. The kitchen was newly remodeled and very nice, but could use a few more glasses, especially for adults. The laundry area could use a sliding door, instead of curtains, just to make the unit look nicer. It was really just little things that I was unpleased with. I am very aesthetically minded, so if you are not, this unit is for you! You can not beat the location and all this being said, we would most likely rent this unit again, especially if we decided to bring our kids."

"We stayed in the studio for 2 weeks earlier this month - fantastic! Perfect position- short walk to Main Street and very close to the Quicksilver lift for a fast getaway in the morning. Studio itself was very well appointed, and comfortable - there were 3 of us (adults) and although snug was fine, would be perfect for 2. Next to lift, which we didn't hear at all, but was very convenient, and opposite laundry so it feels like your own. We really hope to get back again. John was fantastic to deal with."
