"PROS: Plenty of space for several families to share, and with the layout of the home, everyone had ample privacy. The layout of the kitchen/living/dining plus loft made it super easy to cook, eat, play, and enjoy each other without feeling too crowded. There's a nice little mountain view from the Master BR balcony. Hot tub on site is a delight! Property manager was super easy to work with and very quick to respond to any issues that arose. I had to contact Mark with All Summit on two separate occasions during our stay, and he was always quick to respond and take care of the minor issues, sending his cheerful assistant over twice. The unit, compared with other rentals in the area, felt like a great value considering its size and sleeping capacity.
CONS: All of these are minor and wouldn't stop me from staying here again or giving it an excellent rating, but they may be things for you to consider for your possible stay. The trek from town back to the unit is pretty steep, so if you have anyone in your group who might not do great with the altitude + a steep hike up the hill to get to the unit, that could be a problem (but there's SUPER easy bus access). We brought our bikes, and we're reasonably fit(ish), but found the bike ride back up to the unit to be pretty tough, although we're coming from sea level, so it's to be expected. If you have visions of you and your kids joyfully biking into town and then back, you may want to re-consider that idea unless your family is used to the altitude and such. The furnishings are a tiny bit dated/worn, which doesn't bother us a bit, since we travel with small children. Carpet underneath all eating areas + small children = grossness. The owner's closet was unlocked during our visit, so we utilized their vacuum, but without that, it would have been a real mess. There's a wee bit of junk stashed here and there. In one of the closets, there were various bed parts and maybe an old TV? And in the garage, there was an unfortunately placed CRT TV that made it impossible for us to get our vehicle all the way into the garage (but really, shame on us for having a giant truck), so we had to move the CRT, which isn't exactly the kind of thing you want to do upon first arriving to a property after driving all night. The hot tub cover can be tricky to get on/off by yourself owing to the small size of the balcony, but that's just the nature of the space. As long as you have two reasonably able adults to do it, you'll be fine."
