  • Last minute rental

"We needed a house at the last minute due to plumbing problems at the the house we were originally staying at. The owner was quick to respond to our last minute request. The house is located in a nice quiet area just south of Breckenridge. The house was very accomdating to our traveling party of 4 adults and 2 children. The house is very spacious and nicely furnished. It has an incredible view out of the windows all across the 2nd story. The location of the house was perfect for what we wanted to do. 20 minutes and we could be at Montgoemry Reservoir for trout fishing, 10 minutes put us at the trail head for Crystal Lake, and 15 minutes put us in the heart of Breckenridge just to name a few. Overall we were all very pleased with the accomadations of the house and I wouild definitely stay here again in the future."

  • A Family Reunion Gem

"It's so very bittersweet to leave! We just conclude only our second ever family reunion at the lodge, and everyone was just blown away by the house, by Colorado (many first timers), and by the overall great experience. And the house was right at the middle of it. The setup and amenities made it so the house was the obvious meeting place for family dinners, with something for everyone including the toddlers, and we could not have been more pleased. So thank you for helping a large, spread out family in need of reconnection to find such a fabulous getaway in the mountains! We can't wait for the next one!"

  • Best Trip Ever!

"My family & I absolutely loved our time in Breckenridge, and the Quinn’s beautiful cabin was the icing on the cake. It was a warm & rustic home located at the edge of Breckenridge. This cabin was close enough to feel like a true cabin in the mountains, but close enough to town that you can enjoy the great restaurants & shopping with a quick 5 min car ride. It is tough to find a vacation rental that captures the hearts of both an elementary school child and a teenager. Our youngest daughter loved the tree house & air hockey table, while the oldest was difficult to get out of bed because it was a “small slice of heaven”. The attention to detail was appreciated. From the cozy mattress toppers, the high-end toiletries and the bottle of wine at our arrival we felt welcomed and at home from day 1. We were very pleased with the high level of customer service provided and will be back on our next stay in Colorado."

  • Awesome Home, Beautiful Views!

"This was our second summer stay at this lovely home, we stayed for two weeks. During our first week there was lot's of rain so we spent some time just relaxing and enjoying this home. The house has all the comforts of home and then some! It is meticulously maintained, well stocked and conveniently located just south of Breckenridge so you can escape the busy scene in town for a bit. We did lot's of activities while there (hiking, ATV'ing, Fly Fishing, shopping, etc.) and always enjoyed the beautiful drive to/from the house to Breck, just about 5-10 minutes. The view from the home is breathtaking. The owner's are fabulous to work with and are always readily available if you need to contact them. I would highly recommend renting this home. Hope to visit again soon!!"

Blue River Travel Tips

Make Blue River Condo Rentals Your Mountain Home

Nestled in the mountains of Colorado, Blue River condo rentals put you at the front door of the best hiking in Breckenridge. Your Blue River lodging is a perfect base camp for you and your family or hiking companions. Hiking, snowshoeing, or cross country skiing in the scenic Blue River district is an adventure that is not easily surpassed. Breckenridge vacation rentals provide all of the comforts of home. Featuring fully appointed kitchens, private bedrooms, and a comfortable place to gather, Blue River lodging feels like your own special place. Many rentals feature hot tubs and beautiful decks that look out over scenic mountain views.

Hiking Quandary Mountain

Quandary Mountain has a summit of 14,000 feet. If you would like a nice introduction to Quandary, try the East Ridge Trail. This easy-to-follow trail will take you on a pleasant half mile hike to the timberline. After that, you have about 2 miles before you reach the summit. The trail is open when the snow is falling, but you will have to trade your hiking boots for snowshoes. Below the timberline there are some great spots to ski. Blue Ridge condo rentals make staging your hike, from meal preparation to equipment storage, easy and fun.

Mountain Biking in the Blue River Area

If you would like to add some mountain biking to your mountain hiking adventure, this is the place. A nice 11 mile ride from Breckenridge to Hoosier Pass takes you to a height of 11,000 plus feet. Your bike hike will start very close to your accommodation and will pass the trail head to Quandary Mountain. Scenic views include small lakes, flowered meadows, and beautiful views of neighboring mountains. Don't forget to pack a camera and some binoculars along with your standard kit.
