"The house was more than we could expect. The place is absolutely amazing. We planned to go as a group of 15 but only 11 of us could make it. We had a blast. The house was prepared and cleaned for our arrival and all issues were taken care of immediately. We had no complains. The communications with the owner was great. Everything worked out great. This will not be the last time I’ve rented this property. Strongly recommended."Guest: Chris K. Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: March 25, 2014View listing
"We needed a house at the last minute due to plumbing problems at the the house we were originally staying at. The owner was quick to respond to our last minute request. The house is located in a nice quiet area just south of Breckenridge. The house was very accomdating to our traveling party of 4 adults and 2 children. The house is very spacious and nicely furnished. It has an incredible view out of the windows all across the 2nd story. The location of the house was perfect for what we wanted to do. 20 minutes and we could be at Montgoemry Reservoir for trout fishing, 10 minutes put us at the trail head for Crystal Lake, and 15 minutes put us in the heart of Breckenridge just to name a few. Overall we were all very pleased with the accomadations of the house and I wouild definitely stay here again in the future."Guest: Nikki M. "Every year we have a birthday party/ski weekend in Breck. This house is by far our favorite and everyone in our group would love to stay here again. The pictures are very accurate. The inside has all been redone and it looks beautiful! The heated tiles, fireplace, jacuzzi, and grill were so nice after skiing all day. The kitchen was perfect with the double ovens. (Essential when cooking for a larger group) The beds were very comfortable. The location is great because you feel more secluded, but you are so close to the town. To top it all off, the owner is easy to work with and very responsive. It's way better than dealing with some company. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit throughout the year!"Guest: Steph Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: April 3, 2014View listing
"My family & I absolutely loved our time in Breckenridge, and the Quinn’s beautiful cabin was the icing on the cake. It was a warm & rustic home located at the edge of Breckenridge. This cabin was close enough to feel like a true cabin in the mountains, but close enough to town that you can enjoy the great restaurants & shopping with a quick 5 min car ride. It is tough to find a vacation rental that captures the hearts of both an elementary school child and a teenager. Our youngest daughter loved the tree house & air hockey table, while the oldest was difficult to get out of bed because it was a “small slice of heaven”. The attention to detail was appreciated. From the cozy mattress toppers, the high-end toiletries and the bottle of wine at our arrival we felt welcomed and at home from day 1. We were very pleased with the high level of customer service provided and will be back on our next stay in Colorado."Guest: Anonymous Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 22, 2014View listing
