"We've stayed at many rental houses at and around Breckenridge and this is so far my favorite. The house is beautiful, spacious and the views are unforgettable. We can't wait to visit in the summer to fully explore the property. We fully recommend 4x4 during winter. We got 5 to 6 in. of snow during our stay and you will definitely need it getting to the house. The driveway was perfect for our little kiddos to sled down to and this is the first time we didn't want to leave to town because the peacefulness and beauty of the property was enough. We love that the kids can just go out and play as much in the snow and we get to relax and we can view them from the house. I did just wish there was a tub for baths for the really cold days to soak in. But otherwise the house is well maintained, great kitchen for cooking for family meals, comfy beds and love, love the views! Can't wait to come back!!!!"

"This home is a great property. A few of my college friends and I had a reunion here in Dec 14 and the house had plenty of room for everyone. We had 12 people in the house and had enough space, bathrooms and parking spots for everyone. The house is 5 minutes away from Main St. in Breckenridge and about an hour from Vail. The deck and hot tub out front have great views of Mt. Quandry. My only recommendation for future guests is that 4-wheel drive is a must for this house's driveway in the winter."

"From Austin, Texas we make an annual trip up to the mountains and snow for our kids (and for us). The Quandary Vista home is up an easy drive from the main road and has an elevation which helps it hold onto snow later into the season, which ends up being perfect for our kids to sled, build forts, etc. The house is a large 3 level, with a spacious living room with incredible mountain views. One highlight was the view from the master bed upstairs, which has an evening view of the starry night, and an awesome wake up view of the sun on the mountains. The hot tub and pool table were perfect, and everything worked as expected in the home. Given the master upstairs and 4 bedrooms downstairs, it would work well for two families as well. I'll mention that there are about 15 stairs up and 15 stairs down between the 3 floors so you get your exercise, but they're carpet covered so no slips. We've stayed in a number of vacation homes over the years, and I'd rate this one very highly!"

"This was a wonderful place to stay with our family of 4 and could comfortably accomodate 8-10 more. within 1-2 miles of great fishing, hiking, and a short scenic ride into Breck. Owner was easy to work with and attentive to my messages. We are looking forward to coming back."
