Breathless litterally if your not from the area
"This was an absolutely amazing condo, wonderful view, very clean, big enough for the whole family and more!! Convenient for a walk into town. My children loved the pool we went swimming just about everyday. Clean bedding, towels, and a DISHWASHER yay my favorite part. I would recommend this condo to anyone thanks again for the great stay!!! We were there in the summer so the only thing it needed was a grill but my sister lives in Brec so she had that covered."

"October 2nd-4th, My wife and I and our two daughters spent two great nights at the condo, wish we would have had more time there. Cozy, clean, comfortable and family friendly. Short walk to downtown Breck, quiet location and lots of trees around, which makes you feel like you are farther out than you really are. We sat out and had complimentary coffee and hot cocoa on the deck!!! Great TV/Video options, with movie selections too. This is a great condo, just perfect for a family of four. Great for a quick weekend trip or a longer stay. We want to come back in the winter for some skiing and snowshoeing. We will definitely looking at Timbernest A7 again. The Billings"

"We had one of the best vacations in a long time. The condo was perfect and walking distance from almost everything. We did the Vail Pass Bike Path and that was such a fun day. We were a short drive from Hoosier Pass and drove there and walked to the top one day and drove back twice in the middle of the night to watch the Perseid Meteor Shower. That was the main reason we went to Breckenridge."

"The Black Bear Lodge turned out to be a great choice for the SWFL Ski & Snowboard Club. We had a group of 15 and had ample room throughout the house. The converted garage/game room made for a nearly sound proof late night escape for those inclined to stay up later. The extra fridge in the game room made for a good beer fridge. The single pull out sleepers in the two upstair rooms were exceptionally comfortable. All 6 of the bedrooms have private bathrrooms. There is no common area bathroom, which we found to be nothing more than a minor inconvenience for some. The boot drying closet is a nice convenience. The hot tub on the back deck has beautiful views of the ten mile range. The operation of the temp and jets is quirky and best left to Tom, the on call aquatic engineer. An upgrade to the controls would make for more seamless hot tub experience. The bedrooms are all tastefully appointed with loads of pillows and blankets. Although we were never cold in the house due to the infloor heating system, which kept the entire house comfortable. The kitchen is fantastic, everything one could possibly need to create gourmet meals. The property location is just 1 mile past the Breckenridge Brew Pub on the South end of Main Street, Breckenridge. Jane, the property manager, was great to deal with and communicated appropriatly when needed. My group loved this location and would be pleased to come back again."
