NOT A SKI IN!
"This was an amazing house. The amenities are most excellent. I cannot stress that enough. If you are looking for a well appointed vacation home, this is the one for you!
However...it is decidedly NOT a Ski-in/Ski-out. To reach the trail head, you must take black diamond runs off Peak 10 to an out of bounds trail. This "trail" is narrow, winds precariously close to trees, and is very poorly marked. Even if an experienced skier can make it to the trail head (conditions are variable), it is still an uphill walk of at least 350-500 yds. Skiing out is equally a strenuous venture requiring skiing across narrow bridges and long catwalks. Snowboarders beware!
If you stay here, plan on picking up your party via personal vehicle daily. Even the Breckenridge free ride is still a half mile or more downhill of this house. Other than this, great house!"

"The condo is very well-located on the south side of town, across Route 9 from the Train Museum, so an easy walk to town. The owner was easy to deal with and very clear in her instructions. The condo was very clean on arrival and as pictured in the photos, with a large private balcony right off the great room. Internet and televisions worked well; plenty of linens and pillows, including towels for the pool; good parking arrangements for two vehicles. The kitchen is stocked with lots of glasses, pots, pans, etc., including some cooking oils, spices, etc. so you are not buying every little thing when you want to make a meal. The bathrooms are somewhat dated in their design and decor, however everything worked fine. We would certainly rent from Marcy again and recommend her to our friends."

"A group of us stayed here for a few nights during the peak of the fall colors up in the mountains above Breckenridge and we loved the visit. Debbie was very accommodating and helpful, and although our stay was not as long as I would have liked, this property was a perfect spot from which to stage our outdoor adventures! The area is wooded and quiet but close to main street and eating/drinking/shopping and there are trails to hike and bike around the mountains just outside the neighborhood. There is plenty of space in the condo, and the living room/kitchen area is awesome for groups. Having a nice toasty hot tub on the deck right there was super convenient as well. Nice furnishings and cozy beds as well. Highly recommended for excellent value in Breck."

"Stayed for four nights in April, 2015 for a Spring Ski trip with a college buddy. Great location and the ground floor is a definite plus. Loved that we were able to park and unload, and reload, right outside the slider. Eric is easy to work with and answered all my questions quickly. Even had enough room for my son and his honey to spend Friday night and ski on Saturday. Thanks, Eric, for a memorable experience."
