"Great house and great location. We had an excellent time, we ended up spending more time than we planned at the house due to the incredible amount of snow that fell while we were there. So we were glad the house was so comfortable and well equipped.
The only problem we ran into was with the shuttle service. It structured the reservations in half hour increments, which we were not aware of. So our options were very limited because all of the morning & afternoon times were taken and they were not flexible or accommodating at all. The only availability most days was after 10:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and before which became very frustrating because we wanted to ski more. Most of our issues probably resulted from the lack of tip the first day. For some reason no one in our group had cash with them (which was our mistake) the first day and when we spoke to the booking service about the second day pickup we were told that we were required to tip in a very awkward exchange.
Besides the disappointing shuttle service we really enjoyed the house and the location. For future renters I recommend calling a week before arrival to book the priority shuttle times AND don't forget cash to tip the drivers."

"Our family of 15 (7 adults and 8 kids) met here for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary in August. We were all very happy with the house. It essentially has four levels, so folks can get away for privacy when they need to. It also has wonderful great rooms where everyone can get together - namely the very large family room, kitchen and dining room on the main level. Great space, very inviting. High quality appointments.
The neighborhood is also very nice and you can have interesting walks in any direction. There is wooded trail nearby too if you like hiking.
Breckenridge is about a five minute drive away. It's always a fun place to walk around, shop or eat. If you have young ones, you can take the free gondola up to the various ski centers. They'll enjoy the ride for sure. And if you want to spend a little cash, you can take the gondola up to the fun park at Peak 8. It's got a lot of fun things for kids and adults too (zip lines, etc).
The owner was very easy to work with from beginning to end. He was responsive to my queries and helped me through the process. Our refund was also returned promptly. If you're on the fence, I would definitely recommend this house."

"This was an amazing house. The amenities are most excellent. I cannot stress that enough. If you are looking for a well appointed vacation home, this is the one for you!
However...it is decidedly NOT a Ski-in/Ski-out. To reach the trail head, you must take black diamond runs off Peak 10 to an out of bounds trail. This "trail" is narrow, winds precariously close to trees, and is very poorly marked. Even if an experienced skier can make it to the trail head (conditions are variable), it is still an uphill walk of at least 350-500 yds. Skiing out is equally a strenuous venture requiring skiing across narrow bridges and long catwalks. Snowboarders beware!
If you stay here, plan on picking up your party via personal vehicle daily. Even the Breckenridge free ride is still a half mile or more downhill of this house. Other than this, great house!"

Nice Neighborhood and Easy Access to Hiking Trails!
"We met several friends for a birthday party and had a total of seven people. The accommodations were very nice and perfect for gathering in the evenings around the big table to play games and get caught up! We enjoyed the location of this property and the nearby hiking trails. We felt that the cleaning people were not doing a great job and, as an example, the kitchen floor was very dirty. We also noticed that bulbs were burnt out in several lights and the yard needs some tender loving care. The towels that were provided were clean but there were not enough since we needed them for the hot tub, too. We were looking forward to grilling but both of the propane tanks were empty. There was charcoal, however, but the charcoal grill is very small. All in all we had a wonderful time and the owners were very accommodating in allowing us to check in a little bit earlier and stay a little bit later due to flight schedules out of Denver. We would definitely rent this home again and want to thank them for a great time. With a couple minor "attention to detail" items this rental would have gotten a 5 star rating!"
