  • Perfect Summer Vacation

"This house is highly recommended. We had a wonderful stay, 2 families which included 7 adults and a 9 month old. The house is in a great location near Peak 8. It was an easy walk up to Peak 8 to take advantage of the summer time activities. We also took the gondola from Peak 8 down into the town and left our cars at home. We hiked, road mountain bikes and enjoyed the town of Breckenridge. The house is very well equipped including a highchair, stroller and a portable crib. Large kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of space for all of us. We can't wait to return in the winter."

  • Summer get-away

"The home was clean and well-appointed. There was more than enough space for our family. It is in a quiet area, surrounded by beautiful wild flowers, soaring pine trees, and gorgeous mountain views. We loved sitting on the deck and breathing in the fresh mountain air. We truly enjoyed our visit!"

  • Excellent experience for "first-time renters"

"The owners were timely and efficient in providing the basic information (directions, house information) and we really appreciated their helpful suggestions regarding activities, eating places, etc. The house had all we needed and everything was clean and good working condition. The house's three levels provided a slight energy challenge because of our adjustment to higher elevation, but it also gave each of us privacy when needed. The location was ideal - quietly tucked among trees with easy access to a trail head, but not too far from town. We would definitely recommend this to anyone and hopefully will return - but for a longer time-frame. **NOTE: You are at > 10,000 feet. Remember to follow the "high altitude" directions when baking brownies.... :-)"
