  • Great Location

"We stayed here in December of 2008 for our first trip to Colorado. The location is perfect. Only a few hundred yards to the lift, and steps to the downtown shops and restaurants. The accomodations were in immaculate condition, and the resort staff were helpful in every way. We are thinking about going back this winter (10/11) and will stay here again if we can."

  • The very best!

"My family and I had the opportunity to stay in this house and we were all so pleased. As it turns out the house was so easy and convenient for us.  We were able to take advantage of the Nordic trail system located just behind the house and loved the activities at peak 8, which we could walk to! The condo itself was very clean with all updated appliances and features. We recommend staying here for your next stay in Breckenridge. I know we will. Lastly, and most importantly, the owners are so easy to deal with.  It was a home away from home. Thank you so much....... :-)"

  • the Perfect Vacation

"We recently stayed in this beautiful home and the experience was a wonderful one. The home itself exceeded our expectations, very clean and spacious, and with all the small details taken care of...right down to a basket of fluffy towels for the hot tub. We were met promptly upon arrival, and shown exactly where to find everything and how everything worked. The owner was very helpful and easy to work with, as was his assistant who coordinated all of the details and kindly answered questions for us throughout our stay (thank you Bryan and Emily!). The location could not have been more perfect, a quick three minute walk to the gondola which provided easy access to both town and mountain. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and plan to come back in the future."

  • love this place!

"Came here with my family last winter and we had a great visit. This condo is the perfect location. It's just up the hill from Maggie Pond and it's an easy two minute walk to town with young kids. It's also right nxt to the peak 9 lft, + the bus stop is close and easy too. There's a nice view of the mountain from the sliding glass door in the dining room and the kitchen, (with granite counter tops!) is well equipped so we could eat in most nights and saved some $$. The kids loved sleeping in the loft! Definitely planning on returning this year!"
