  • Give this house a AAA rating!

"Just got home from a wonderful vacation with our kids and grand kids! The house was beautifully equipped for all 16 of us, my son in law was in kitchen heaven with the restaurant gas stove and griddle. The children loved the theater and game area. My personal favorite was the view from our master suite, the instant temp shower control and the daily steam shower I grew to love. The proximity to the activities on Peak 8 and the gondola always provided everyone with something to do (our 16 year old grandson hiked to the A-frame mountain house and back an adventure he will not soon forget). Just a 5 minute walk and you could jump on to the gondola for shopping or eating in Breckenridge no hassle with parking! We had an age span from 3 to 64 and all of us found the house very accommodating! Don't overlook this property! This house has it all!"

  • My Phenomenal 30th Birthday Bash

"This house was absolutely everything I wanted wanted for my 30th birthday! 10 of my friends and I wanted to celebrate my birthday with some skiing and snow fun and that is exactly what we got! The location was perfect, about 5 mins from peak 9 & the town of Breck. We were very satisfied with the house and all the amenities. The fireplaces in every room of the house was a fantastic touch and not once did we feel we were crammed into a small house because this house was huge! The tall ceilings and open space was great, even though we spent most of our time in the beautiful kitchen!! Cari was a pleasure to work with and she helped us every time a new situation presented itself (there weren't that many but, it was comforting to know they were there if we needed them). You will need a car to get around and it is very easy to get around even if it's snowing. The views from the rooms are breathtaking especially from the master bathroom upstairs! Eating breakfast every morning in the kitchen, looking out onto the mountain ranges was soul moving! Nature everywhere you looked!!! My friends and I have even spoken about starting an annual trip to this mansion so I highly recommend staying in this house! - Maggie's bar at the bottom of peak 9 was a great place to put up your skis and enjoy a beer! - if you're interested in snowmobiling or dog-sledding please check out "Good Times"...SOOOO MUCH FUN! - Eric's downstairs is a fun place for the kids or for the older "kids" to hang out eat good food, drink delicious local beers, and play old school video games :) - if anyone is your party is getting nausea or suffering from headaches check out any oxygen bars and in 15 mins you'll be feeling a lot better! - Cool bar where all the instructors go is Quandary Grille...great happy hour! Hope this helps! Have a great time!"

  • Perfect lodging for our family

"The combination of amenities, decor and location made this the perfect place for our family trip to Breckenridge. We have visited Breck over 20 times over the last 15 years and this was by far our best lodging decision. We hope to make this an annual tradition. Marty and John were very responsive to any and all inquiries and made the VRBO process smooth and easy."

  • Best vacation ever!

"The cabin was as cute as can be! Only a couple minutes from downtown. The owners were awesome and answered all our questions and gave some great tips on hikes and places to eat with our kids. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen fully stocked with real pots and pans, spices, coffee and more! We were so spoiled! We can't wait to return!"
