  • Nice Property

"We spent 5 nights at this property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was well equipped and with the exception of a temporary glitch in the entertainment system everything went great. The location is an easy walk to the Quicksilver lift and to Main Street. Being on the ground floor is also a plus when dealing with mounds of ski gear."

  • Very nice condo

"The condo was located in the heart of town. We could walk to main street and all the shops. The building is one of the older complexes but is in good shape and well taken care of. The unit was clean and in good condition. Hoping to visit Breckenridge again soon"

  • Can always count on all summit

"Mark and team only provide well appointed and well kept unit. There is no place like Peak 7 in general and Crystal Peak is perfect. From Ski in/Ski out to being next door to the Gondola it makes the vacation so much nicer. We cook in every night and always find all the equipment and seating necessary to have a great time. We've been coming to breck for 11 years and always pick these units and Mark. A nice touch this year was getting rid of the awful static filled wool blankets so common in units. Nice comforters and sheets with tons of pillows, humidifiers and all the little things."

  • Beautiful home with late season snow!

"From Austin, Texas we make an annual trip up to the mountains and snow for our kids (and for us). The Quandary Vista home is up an easy drive from the main road and has an elevation which helps it hold onto snow later into the season, which ends up being perfect for our kids to sled, build forts, etc. The house is a large 3 level, with a spacious living room with incredible mountain views. One highlight was the view from the master bed upstairs, which has an evening view of the starry night, and an awesome wake up view of the sun on the mountains. The hot tub and pool table were perfect, and everything worked as expected in the home. Given the master upstairs and 4 bedrooms downstairs, it would work well for two families as well. I'll mention that there are about 15 stairs up and 15 stairs down between the 3 floors so you get your exercise, but they're carpet covered so no slips. We've stayed in a number of vacation homes over the years, and I'd rate this one very highly!"
