  • Excellent home and location!

"This condo is great! The location at the intersection of 9 and Ski Hill is a 5 minute walk to the gondola to peak 8, across the street from the shuttle stop to the surrounding peaks and town, and about two city blocks from Main Street of Breckenridge (and all its bars/restaurants/shopping). We (my wife and two children) and an adult couple spent 7 days here the week of 14MARCH, and had a great experience. The condo is well maintained, furniture very comfortable, plenty of hot water, and the kitchen allowed us to save a good deal of money by eating breakfast and an occasional dinner in. We loaded up on supplies at the Walmart in Frisco, and got odds and ends at the Kroger near the Gondola station (just follow the bike path behind the gondola/breck station to Kroger). Movies were provided, as was copious books, games, puzzles - plenty of diversions! Condo facilities were great, ample parking assigned to the condo (two spots), hot tub, gas grill outside the Duke building worked great. Owner/management company were great, very easy to make arrangements and very responsive to inquiries. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend/relative, and would rent this property again. Overall, great experience!"

  • Excellent stay in Breckenridge, CO

"Stayed 3 nights in this beautifully appointed townhouse, one block off Main Street. The townhouse is even more beautiful than I expected from the pictures. Views of the ski runs and mountain range are fantastic. We sat on the front porch every day and enjoyed the views. Location was excellent with plenty of restaurants nearby and grocery store just 1 block away. We chose this place because it had 2 master bedrooms with king size beds. Bathrooms were gorgeous and hot water worked very well. Plenty of wardrobe space in the bedrooms. Underground parking right next to the entry of the townhouse, made loading and unloading a breeze. We only cooked in a little and had everything we needed to prepare steaks and salad. There is a bbq close by and a hot-tub which was nice to have. We would book again with this owner. Easy to communicate with!"

  • None Better!

"This Unit is absolutely perfect! The location makes the condo a true "ski in, ski out" unit. The condo itself contains everything you need to have an unforgettable Breckenridge vacation. And the Skiwatch building with it's two hot tubs and the sauna are exactly what you need after a day on the slopes. Pamper yourself, and stay at Skiwatch, you won't regret it! We will undoubtedly check availability for our next Breckenridge vacation."
