  • THE place to be!!

"We stayed a week at this great resort and had a ball. We went primairily to ski and this place was unbelieveable. The ski shop was on the first floor where we got fitted for equipment and bought lift tickets. We walked literly to the next room where there were ski lockers to store our gear. Each condo has two lockers. When it's time top go ski, you are 20 yards from the Independence lift which is fast (6 1/2 minutes to the top of Peak 7 1300 ft higher elevation). After skiing, you can eat/drink at the Sevens restaurant which is right next to the chair lift. No driving required for this centrally located Lodge however, if you do drive there is HEATED underground parking so once you drive in - you're in. No going outside till you're ready. The view is fantastic as you look right up the slopes. Amenities include a nice workout facility and two large Jacuzzi's that are good and hot. This unit is one of the larger ones with the "den" configuration. It has a sofa bed just like the sofa bed in the common area. The master bedroom and bath are large and well appointed. Crystal Peak Lodge is also on the gondola line that goes down to the town so you can ride to the city and walk to all the town's restaurants, bars, shopping and anything else. Great town with lots to do. We had a blast!"

  • Just right

"My friend and I rented this unit during the summer and definitely enjoyed the stay. Good location, comfortable and includes everything you need for an easy stay. The main part of Main Street is just a short walk or ride, mountain bike right out the door (skiing is close too) and if the weather is nice, just relax on the back patio, great views!"

  • Excellent home and location!

"This condo is great! The location at the intersection of 9 and Ski Hill is a 5 minute walk to the gondola to peak 8, across the street from the shuttle stop to the surrounding peaks and town, and about two city blocks from Main Street of Breckenridge (and all its bars/restaurants/shopping). We (my wife and two children) and an adult couple spent 7 days here the week of 14MARCH, and had a great experience. The condo is well maintained, furniture very comfortable, plenty of hot water, and the kitchen allowed us to save a good deal of money by eating breakfast and an occasional dinner in. We loaded up on supplies at the Walmart in Frisco, and got odds and ends at the Kroger near the Gondola station (just follow the bike path behind the gondola/breck station to Kroger). Movies were provided, as was copious books, games, puzzles - plenty of diversions! Condo facilities were great, ample parking assigned to the condo (two spots), hot tub, gas grill outside the Duke building worked great. Owner/management company were great, very easy to make arrangements and very responsive to inquiries. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend/relative, and would rent this property again. Overall, great experience!"

  • Perfect!

"Just got back from a 4 night stay at Ryan and Michelle's place...we could not have asked for anything better. The condo is beautiful (newly renovated, great fireplace, split level, lots of space, jacuzzi tub) and the building is great too (outdoor hot tub, ski lockers, underground parking, elevators). Snowflake lift is a quick walk in the morning, and you can ride right down to condo in the afternoon. As far as evenings are concerned, very easy walk to the bars/restaurants on Main Street. We never touched the car once it was parked. Will definitely be back, and can't wait to visit again."
