  • Great place close to hiking/biking trails

"We had a fantastic time staying at Rob's condo this summer. It was exactly as we expected. My daughter loved that it had three floors because it gave her plenty of places to play! My dog (and I) loved that it was just a short walk across the driveway to the hiking trails. The beds were comfortable and my daughter loved sleeping on the VERY roomy couch in the master bedroom. There was also a pull out twin bed in the second bedroom, but she chose the couch. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It is an easy and short drive down the mountain to reach Main Street. We enjoyed eating at some of our favorite restaurants in Breckenridge and shopping along Main Street. We also loved the free (in the summer) gondola rides. My daughter had a blast playing in the big snow mound (also free!) and we all enjoyed the alpine slide and roller coaster. Rob was extremely nice and helpful throughout the renting process. He responded quickly and was patient with all of my questions. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay there the next time I am in Breckenridge."

  • Terrific Condo backing up to Cucumber Gulch

"I have stayed many places in Breckenridge and just outside. This is at the top of my list. The condo backs up to Cucumber Gulch, which is a great little hike and preserved area for wildlife. We even saw a moose this time in Cucumber Gulch. The location has great views of the mountain peaks and you feel like you are really out in nature, yet if you want to go to Breck, it's literally about 2 minutes down Ski Hill road to anything you want to shop for or eat. The condo itself is great inside. The kitchen seems brand new with granite and great appliances and opens to the family room, which is spacious. The bedrooms are down stairs (think of a reverse ranch style house). There are 2 king beds and 2 twin beds so there is plenty of sleeping space. There is a deck off the main floor with a nice grill so you can have a nice dinner outside if you are a summer renter. It's obvious that the owners want their home to look and feel right. It' has great amenities all throughout. There is a hot tub right out the master bedroom door on the lower level that is great. I recommend stepping out the sliding door of the master bedroom each morning and walking 1 minute to the open center of Cucumber Gulch. If you want to get in to the center of Breck and don't want to mess with parking your car, you can walk a short distance to the gondola at the Shock Hill station. The condo also has a one car garage, which is great if there is any summer rain. Patti, the owner, is terrific. She even changed her schedule to accommodate mine when we needed an extra night. She is just a very nice person and very easy to work with. Overall, this is a highly recommended place and we plan on returning in the near future."

  • Iowa Family Seeking Mountain Fun

"This townhouse was a perfect location for our family vacation. It is close enough to Breckenridge, but far enough away to escape to the peace and quiet of the mountains! The views are wonderful. I especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen. My family appreciated the hot tub and large television. On this summer adventure, it was nice to have a garage to store the bikes and hiking gear. The owner was especially nice to work with. We had a fantastic time in Breckenridge! We will be back! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!"
