  • bargain ski-in/walk-out

"This condo is comfortable and convenient to skiing and town. The loft was a ton of fun for the 3 kids we had up there! The walk to the snowflake lift is about 50 yards. You ski right up to the back of the condo. The price was great and the owners were easy to work with. Would highly recommend this place."

  • Great Mountain Home with Spectacular Views

"We had a group of 15 stay at this house for a wedding within walking distance. The owner was super easy to work with and responded to all my questions quickly and was very flexible and reasonable. For example, there was not any guests checking out the day or our arrival or checking in the day of our departure so he was more than happy to allow was to check in early and check out late. More importantly though, I felt like I was dealing with a legitimate and reputable person that was not going to rip me off. Upon our arrival, the house was very clean and orderly and we were surprised and delighted at the amount of space and especially happy with the views the house provided. Our group trickled in at different times and we ended up having 5 vehicles with enough parking space for all of them. The hot tub, free wi-fi, cable tv, garage space, and pool table were all nice amenities that we enjoyed. Our group was split with 3/4 or the people being couples and every couple got their own room and the rest being single and taking the bunk bed room and pullouts; no one was disappointed or uncomfortable with their sleeping situation. There was also plenty of bathroom space for everyone. Checking out was simple and the owners wishes were easily laid out for us to follow. Overall, we as a group were more than pleased with our stay, thought the cost was more than reasonable, and would stay here again."

  • perfect choice!

"We just returned from an epic ski week in Breckenridge and the fact that this Sundowner condo was the perfect fit for our family of four was a big factor! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. There was nothing we needed that wasn't there! The location was great for both ski lift and town access with a very short walk to the Snowflake lift or a 5 minute free shuttle to the Beaver Run lift and others. Town and lots of great restaurants - again a very short walk. As we were unfamiliar with the layout of town and mountain and there are many VRBO Breckenridge listings, I don't believe we could have picked a better condo. Although We have used VRBO many times, this experience was probably the best. Jen, the co-owner, was extremely helpful and informative during the booking process. Looking forward to a return trip to Breck."
