  • Perfect for our vacation

"Very comfortable, well-equipped and roomy Condo, easy walk to lifts, fairly priced and owners easy to deal with. We stayed and skied for one week and could not have asked for more. This is a wonderful place for a family vacation."

  • Fantastic place

"I stayed here with two other family members for a mountain biking trip in Breck. This is a great little gem! Even though it's on the smaller side, the tall ceilings and large windows give it a super open and bright feel to it. You can hear the river rushing outside all night long if you keep the windows open, which really helps make you feel like you're in the mountains. I also really loved the location (short walk to town) and that parking was very close to the stairs, so easy loading/unloading. Hope I can stay again!"

  • Studio in Breckenridge

"The lady that we got the studio from was very helpful. Our email locked us out so we couldn't get the info she had sent the day before. She met us at the building and let us put our refrigerated items in the fridge and then we came back later. The studio was as described, very clean and fresh (she left the windows open for fresh air), had laundry soap and dishwasher detergent in the studio (a HUGE THANK YOU!!). We would recommend this to anyone. It was also within walking distance of downtown--in fact right around the corner. Parking was fine until Friday when the building was full and we almost didn't find a parking place in the garage. Otherwise, it was relaxing and we had fun in the studio. It even had TV!!"

  • Wonderful place to stay

"This condo was the perfect spot for my husband and I. We unfortunately experienced some altitude sickness while we were there and it was wonderful to have a fire place, flat screen tv, and hide a bed so we could fight off our symptoms by enjoying the accommodations and catching up on movies! It was a great location for walking into town to shop or eat and also very close to the slopes! Overall a great experience and more than comfortable accommodations. Everything about the condo was great, the only minor setback was that the building allows dogs and we heard the neighbors quite often, but the wonder space made up for the barking."
