  • Perfect Spot for Either an Active or Lazy Vacation, or Both!

"We spent a lovely week here in August. The area is fabulous, with one of Colorado's famed 14,000+ mountains just moments away, plus lots of shorter hikes nearby and a bike trail that goes for miles that runs out of Breckenridge. We overdid it, including a run up the mountain starting out at 7 am. But if you prefer to stay put, or even have to do some work, just set up the computer at the dining room table and take an occasional peek at Quandary Peak as the light changes through the day and clouds move in and out. You won't even mind working. Immaculately clean, well set up floor plan; very well stocked kitchen (unlike those odds and ends silver and weird sized pots you get at some rentals). In short, you will soon feel like this is your home in the mountains. Cannot recommend it more highly."

  • French Ridge E2

"Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were actually in E2, not A1. The unit had a deck with a view of the mountains, and we had 3 spectacular sunsets during our stay."

  • Great location and property

"Beautifully decorated 3/3 that is exactly 1 block from the dead center of town. Great summertime location. I have not been there in the winter and did not use the bus system as we had a rental car, but apparently it is also very close to the bus routes. We did leave town a few times to sight see, but there is a trailhead and park only a couple of blocks away. Our kids spent a large portion of the week playing in the river in the center of town 1 block away."

  • For the price it would be hard to beat!

"In effort to save pennies and spend more resources in activities this is property delivers. I would stay here again. The owner was courteous, workable, and responsive. This is an RV Resort just outside of the main town by a couple of traffic lights. The resort and property are well kept, clean, safe, and practical. Upon first entering...the 5' upper ceilings which house two sleeping areas and TV, small space, and lack of storage almost made me call and beg for a refund. The property resembles the size of an unexpandable RV. After thinking about the cozy nature of a smaller space and saving money, we made the choice to stay and I have to say we really enjoyed it! I bring my own linens for places like this and I would advise anyone staying here to do the same (if you are picky). It has a lovely backdrop of a nearby mountain to hike, the river is within a short walk and the resort amenities were much nicer to use than expected. 5 star folks, Give this one time to grow on you, I'm glad we did. One of the perks was the pet policy and front porch w gate for our sweet furry friend to enjoy a sunbath. Bring the bikes for the kids as the community was super-respectful of little ones playing in the streets. Our neighbor had thirteen families staying at different properties within the resort. Good idea for large groups vs a hotel where the kids run around the hallways to visit friends. Advice to owner: please include extra storage possibilities in the master bedroom. A small stand alone hanging rack would help. Thank you for sharing your cozy and clean property Lisa!!"
