  • Home away from home!!!

"Condo was exactly as described and displayed. It was conveniently located. Just a short 5 minute walk to the town of Breckenridge and only a few minute walk to the FREE shuttle service to the ski lifts. The condo had everything that you needed to make it a home away from home. I would definitely recommend this to anyone interested in staying in Breckenridge."

  • Fantastic Mountain Home!

"This property was perfect in every way for our family and the listing describes it accurately in all respects. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, large gourmet kitchen, amazing home theater, open concept living room, and expansive deck, we had everything we needed to rendezvous with 8 adults. We enjoyed the spotless chalet and all its amenities, including the hot tub, patio seating, fire pit, and gas grill. Its location in a small neighborhood outside of Breck but near Hoosier Pass was very peaceful, yet accessible for those who wished to go into town on occasion. Beautiful hiking and excellent fishing are close by and we even saw a moose near the house! Richard, the owner, is very helpful in any way needed to make your stay comfortable. He even tracked down some items I left in error and mailed them back to me. I have used VRBO and other vacation rental services often, and this is certainly a property I would recommend."

  • Slice of Solitude

"This is an amazing set-up. The cabin is comfortable, modern, spacious, and well-appointed, yet has a rustic log cabin flair that adds a welcome element of rugged character. The property is simply breath-taking (as is the elevation, but that is par for the mountain course, as it were). Although just minutes from 2 small towns (and about 45 mins from Breckinridge via a beautiful and highly recommended drive), the property is perfectly placed seemingly miles away from civilization and at the mouth of a small "private" valley shadowed by impressive peaks. The cabin itself is enveloped by small snow-fed streams that essentially form a "moat" around it and that coalesce into a small private pond filled with trout that you can actually see from the banks. The beauty of this place is enhanced by the natural symphony of its bubbling brooks, which are always in concert (at least in July). The owners are wonderfully hospitable and seem to be really great people (thanks again, Monica). Simply put, the pictures do no justice to this magnificent slice of solitude. I have stayed at several other "seemingly similar" Colorado cabin sites via VRBO, and this was by far the best and most beautiful. Highly recommended."
