  • Back Again!

"This is our second time out and we will be back again. This location has it all. The pool was a blast for our kids. This time we got to do more hiking and realized that there are just so many trails just a 2-5 minute walk from our location. Mike helped us out with a hiking map as well as a local rental shop that gave us a really good deal. We got to experience the Peak 8 funpark twice this trip and its not by my choice. The kids just couldn’t get enough of it. The condo is fantastic. I saw some new furniture updates and nice work on the surround sound! Great location and we will be back again."

  • Didn't Disappoint!

"The only reason this is a 5-star review is that 10-stars wasn't an option. We just got back from a long weekend stay at View Manor and it definitely did not disappoint. Breckenridge was the location for an old college roommate get-together and we decided to stay here. We had eleven 30 year-olds (4 couples and 3 singles) out for a weekend of skiing and catching up and View Manor was the perfect lodging choice. In fact, as each new group came into the house each of them echoed the others' sentiments..."this house is awesome!" The photos on the site are a great representation of the house but two things that are lost through the pictures are just how spacious all the bedrooms and living areas are, and also how thoughtfully the home is decorated. It shows that a great deal of time and energy were spent focusing on every detail of the décor to make it perfect. From the custom ironwork on the lamps and bar stools to the countless bear decorations, the home has a very cozy mountain feel. A few things that we were hesitant about when reading about the property, but that proved to be a non-issue were the location and the fact that it's listed as a duplex. - Location: The property is a bit up Baldy mountain which provides spectacular views but puts you a little farther away from the ski lifts than a ski-in/ski-out. We had plenty of cars for our entire group so this was no issue at all as we just took the 5-10 minute drive to the peak 9 parking lot and got first tracks each day. - Duplex: Don't let this scare you away as this is really more of a standalone home. There is only 1 shared wall and we had no issues with hearing the neighbor or being heard ourselves. View Manor would be the perfect place to stay for anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable, well-appointed home in a great location. I would recommend this property to anyone, and when we begin planning our next reunion in the mountains, I will definitely get in touch with David in hopes that View Manor is available for a repeat stay. Thanks for everything View Manor (and David) you definitely helped make our reunion trip so memorable!"

  • AMAZING, in an understatement.

"This condo is perfect. Talk about location! It's literally steps away from EVERYTHING you could possibly want. LOCATION: Second to none. You are literally the heart of EVERYTHING Breckenridge has to offer. There is a grocery store just a few blocks away, & with the newly updated & fully stocked kitchen staying in a making a relaxing meals or snacks in super easy! After a long drive up and an overly tired toddler we opted to cook our first night. We went to the grocery store grabbed some steaks & grilled on the balcony. You couldn't ask for a better view. You are literally ON THE MOUNTAIN. The view is breathtaking. If cooking isn't your thing there are several fabulous restaurants and bars literally outside your door. THE BUILDING-The condo building itself is VERY clean & VERY secure. It has a beautiful entry with large sofas, a fireplace, there is also an amazing little kids area off to the side. It's just perfect. There are several amenities in this building. Ample hot tubs, a large pool, an amazing fitness room, the list goes on. The hallways are fresh and clean, no lingering unpleasant oder. PARKING- parking garage kept our car safe and hassle free. We have a large SUV (Tahoe) and had no trouble parking. There is an elevator very close to the spaces & you must have a "room key" to get into the elevator room, it's very secure. I felt completely safe. THE CONDO ITSELF- WOW. The furnishings & bedding are perfect. Everything is fresh and up to date. You just feel like you are "home" when you walk in the door...only home is now perfectly perched at the base of an amazing mountain with billion dollar views! The master bedroom is perfect. Large king bed with soft linens, very large closet, and dresser. There is also a large TV & very up to date en-suite bathroom w/ a ton of storage! Bright shower/tub combo, soft towels, great lighting. I am an "overpacker" to say the least & I STILL had plenty of room. The second bathroom has a day bed and a full size bed. Perfect for kids. The kitchen is very modern and very well stocked. Cooking in this kitchen is easy and clean up is simple with the full size dishwasher. About US- Hubby, Wife (me) 16 month old, we stayed in July and WILL be back this winter! I can't wait to come back and watch my little guy in sky school! Ski school happens to literally be right outside the door! The best perk...IT WAS SUPER EASY TO KID PROOF! I literally just popped in some outlet covers and boom! FamilyReady!"
