  • Little piece of heaven

"This property was as described and more! Very cozy and comfortable for 5; may sleep 8 but may be a little tight for eating and relaxing by the fire if you had that many. Outside of Breckenridge but close enough to get there easily."

  • Really great value

"located about 6 block from downtown we found ourselves walking to a number of great restaurants, parks and coffee shops. The house was furnished with everything needed for our weeks stay, except food. Really nice and the youngsters enjoyed the entertainment equipment on a daily basis. A great place to visit and a really nice home."

  • Lovely comfortable condo with great location and wonderful views.

"This condo was a wonderful base for our summer hiking vacation in Breckenridge. Our extended family group, from teens to grandma, all loved it. We were walking distance from downtown and the hustle and bustle but the condo itself was peaceful with gorgeous mountain views. The kitchen was well equipped for a family who like to cook a lot and the condo was also very spacious. The description of the unit was accurate, the unit was clean and well maintained and the owner was very helpful and easy to deal with . Check in details and directions were all well communicated and clear. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives. We really enjoyed hiking in and around Breckenridge and the wildflowers in the mountains were superb. We also enjoyed dawdling along the River Walk and our teens enjoyed the rollercoaster at the Peak 8 park...plus the free Gondala ride. We had a good meal at the Breckenridge Brewery nearby but our favorite meal was at Park and Main (sp?)...A small grocery store just a few blocks away came in very handy...when we didn't want to drive to City Market.... We got used to the pattern of exploring in the morning then coming back to relax at the condo and watch the afternoon storms move across the mountains before a clear evening..."

  • Beautiful townhome in Breckenridge

"We thoroughly enjoyed our visit in the townhome in Breckenridge. We stayed in August and had a wonderful summer vacation. The townhome was beautiful. It appeared to be recently remodeled. The carpet looked brand new. Everything was clean and in great shape. There were beautiful granite counters, a wonderful fireplace and full-sized dining room table. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub on the deck outside of the family room. While in the hot tub we enjoyed the beautiful mountain views and humming birds. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family. All beds had very comfortable mattresses. The townhome was very quiet. We never heard our neighbors. Our family, which included two teenage boys, had a wonderful vacation. We loved the view of Breckenridge ski runs right outside the front door. The townhome was in close proximity to the quaint town of Breckenridge. We enjoyed our walks in to town. The town had many stores, bars, restaurants, equipment rental, museum etc to enjoy. My kids enjoyed all the activities that were in close proximity such as free gondola rides in Breckenridge, Breckenridge summer fun park with fun activities such as the alpine slide, extreme mountain biking, whitewater river rafting, boat rentals on Lake Dillon, etc etc. I would highly recommend Breckenridge in the summer. I would also highly recommend this townhome. I hope to come back to visit again soon."
