  • Comfort in Style Surrounded by Beauty

"This penthouse unit really does have OUTSTANDING views from the windows and from the spacious deck area. The condo is beautifully decorated in a consistent style that added a truly homey feeling to our stay. The comfortable bed and plush furniture were also a plus. Excellent amenities as well: 1000 watt microwave, dishwasher, range/oven, nice TVs and DVD players and even a great toaster for us bagel-lovers. The location is fantastic; the condo is a brief walk to the adorable downtown as well as hiking trails. I would recommend this unit to anyone with a desire to stay in the heart of the magnificent natural beauty that is our Country's Rocky Mountains (in style and comfort). A+ straightaway."

  • Great Place to Stay!

"This was a great condo, equipped with everything you need to dine in. It's convenient to the slopes and downtown Breck. It's clean, well appointed, and maintained. David is easy to work with and I hope to rent from him again in the coming season."

  • Value, Location, Perfect trip!

"Anderson's Breck Lodge is a great place to stay for your skiing vacation. 20 steps into the woods, lock in your skis and head to the slopes. When it was time to come in, a short run through the woods back and we were right at the back door. We were within walking distance of the Gondola and the ski rental shop. The rental shop will store your skis too. The Gondola is free and the perfect way to get downtown without trying to find a parking spot. We had an issue with the cable tv and a minor roof leak and Jane was very quick to respond. The house is extremely large. We had 10 staying and we were very comfortable with plenty of space. The basement was great for the kids and the open living/dining area was perfect. The two masters are a great perk to this house. I wouldn't be afraid to bring 2 families to this house."

  • Excellent ski-in ski-out condo, perfect for groups

"This condo was fantastic for our group of 6 adults, but we could easily have done 8. 10 people, like the listing says it sleeps, might be a little crowded with only 2 bathrooms, but there is enough space to stay spread out. The recent renovations are terrific, like the new showers and flooring. The building could not be closer to the ski hill, and the ski lockers are easily accessible. The property is well maintained, and the lounges and hot tub were great to use. There's not much of a view from the unit itself except for some trees, but it's beautiful regardless. I could not recommend this condo more, it really is a great value given its recent updates and proximity to the hill. This is the best condo I have found in Breckenridge for this price range, and you will not regret staying here. Some things to note for your stay: toilet paper was not provided other than one roll to start with, so you'll want to bring some along. We found there were plenty of utensils and kitchen supplies to cook several meals during our stay, but if you're curious if something is there, the owner was very responsive to my inquiries. Also, there aren't a lot of towels, so you may want to bring one per person to use for the hot tub, and trust me, you want to use the hot tubs. They have a great view at night watching the snow cats groom, foxes that run right next to the gate, and decent stargazing. We all loved to use them (yep, there's 2 that seat about 8 people each)."
