  • Ski-ski out!!

"We had a great time in this cozy ski in-ski out condo, nicely furnished, easy to get our rental car in and out even during big snowfall. 2 blocks to cute town on Breckenridge. We would certainly return! Loved the crock pot!"

  • We will be back!

"Looking through the reviews and photos on this site made me so excited to snag this house for our vacation this summer! We were traveling with a family of 11 and after viewing this house online, our expectations were high. Those expectations were blown out of the water when we arrived. The house itself was gorgeous, but the breathtaking views and sounds of the creek flowing behind the house were unbeatable! The temperature this second week of July was perfect and allowed us to keep most of the sliding doors and windows open while visiting. We were lucky enough to sleep in the master bedroom and there is nothing better than hearing the creek as you go to sleep, except seeing the mountains as you open your eyes each morning! The location was perfect, we went up to the Family Fun Park at Peak 8, hiked McCullough Gulch, drove to Silverthorne to do some shopping and visited downtown Breckenridge almost every evening. The kids enjoyed walking the "trails" near the house and to the park just a short distance away! This was a very memorable vacation for our family, and this house was the icing on the cake! We will definitely be back!"

  • Beautiful House and a Great Location!!!

"Every year we have a birthday party/ski weekend in Breck. This house is by far our favorite and everyone in our group would love to stay here again. The pictures are very accurate. The inside has all been redone and it looks beautiful! The heated tiles, fireplace, jacuzzi, and grill were so nice after skiing all day. The kitchen was perfect with the double ovens. (Essential when cooking for a larger group) The beds were very comfortable. The location is great because you feel more secluded, but you are so close to the town. To top it all off, the owner is easy to work with and very responsive. It's way better than dealing with some company. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit throughout the year!"

  • Great stay in Breck!

"This place was absolutely perfect for our first trip to Breck. We were thrilled with the central location to Main Street and the amenities were an added bonus (hot tub, bikes, access to parks, proximity to restaurants..etc). The condo owner was very thorough and provided helpful information prior to our arrival which resulted in an unforgettable trip. We had our 21 month old daughter with us and we had access to two parks within walking distance. The full kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast every morning before starting the day! The owner also allowed us to use their two bikes and we hit a few trails right near the condo and biked around the historic district. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend this condo and location!"
