  • We had a Great Time! House is Perfect and so is Karen! Thanks for a Great Stay!

"The house is top of the line throughout. It was perfect for our group of 6 and could easily accommodate many more. We were there in August and had a blast hiking and going down into Breckenridge. Karen is great to rent from and thoroughly answered all of our questions. The location is great. Just south of Breckenridge by about 5 minutes or so; just before you start climbing Hoosier Pass. We were thrilled with how well the house was kept up and it was spotlessly clean. I mean very very clean! We can't wait to stay at this home again. Hopefully we can get back to Breck soon!!"

  • Loved our time here!

"Our rental process from beginning to end with Greg was seamless. Our family came for a wedding, and this house was the perfect choice! Smartly decorated with all the conveniences of home! The house was perfectly clean, comfortable, and the beds were cozy (the humidifiers in every room were an especially welcomed bonus)! Absolutely loved the kitchen, huge deck, and the hot tub! We were here in the summer, which I highly recommend, but I can see how this would be a great ski house! We truly loved every minute of our stay in this awesome home. Thanks Greg!"

  • Absolutely best property for a larger group we have ever rented

"I have been renting a Breckenridge or Vail home to enjoy with family for years. This year we got married in Breckenridge and I decided to rent a larger home for close family who traveled far, so that they could use the week before the wedding to vacation and enjoy the Rockies. Honestly, this property made the experience something the family will cherish forever. The amazing views from the rooms, especially the upper level, the relaxed and rustic feel of the many different spaces, both indoors and outside, and last but not least, the front porch for morning coffee gatherings and the back porches for night caps with stunning sunsets. The other major surprise was Jane. She is not only a delight on a personal level, but an absolute pro, responsive, and very helpful in helping you meet your particular vacation needs if at all possible. Everyone in our large group loved it and we are looking forward to coming back."
