  • Aspen Ski Weekend

"Great, cozy place for two couples with well mannered pets. Well laid out floor plan, comfortable furniture, large tub/shower, well equipped kitchen, wood burning stove. Place is near El Jebel / Carbondale, but the 20-30 minute drive into the ski towns were quick and easy. Very affordable and comfortable place for an Aspen ski weekend when you're not interested in Aspen lodging peak-season rates. Deer frequented the backyard. Fenced-in, gated-area for dogs. Unobstructed view of Mtn Sopris each morning and evening. Quiet neighborhood. We will be back in a heart beat for our next Aspen get-away (summer or winter). Christina was extremely accommodating and gave us a very warm welcome to her property and talents!"

  • Wonderful stay!

"We had a great 3 night stay. The condo was very well equipped, clean, comfortable beds and in a great location. We enjoyed being close enough to the touristy towns to be able to enjoy them while still sleeping in a nice quiet community."

  • Cabin in the sky

"This house is quite spectacular and even though I grew up in Colorado, I've never experienced such awesome 180 degree views. Anthony is quite helpful and always available for questions or planning. Thank you, Anthony, for being such a solicitous host. Your care in the construction is very obvious. We loved the wonderful barbecue down the hill and found the Marble Community Church to be a jewel of an experience, as well. Yes, take your groceries with you but we would also advise more than individual bottled water. We needed gallon jugs of spring water for coffee, tea, and drinking. The water in the area is obviously very 'mineralized' in flavor but good for drinking if you don't mind that."

  • Christmas Carols Around the Fireplace

"Beautiful home! And wonderful owners! We have a large family and the spacious layout of the living room, kitchen and dining areas accommodated our Christmas celebration rather nicely -- opening presents was no problem. There is a large fireplace that everyone gathered around to sing Christmas carols; some played the violin and others played acoustic guitars. There is also a very long dining table that extends further out on both ends. Our family loves to cook and rarely are we able to sit at a dining table altogether. Well, we found our match. The home is nicely situated between Aspen and Glenwood Springs. Had we stayed longer, the Vapor Caves in Glenwood Springs was next on our list. We did fit in two days of Aspen with one of the days hitting the slopes, of course! We also went museum and art gallery hopping and then some of us topped off our evening with a nice glass of wine or hot chocolate at the St. Regis. All in all, we highly recommend this home and can’t wait to return!"
