"A friend and I stayed here for a few days of skiing. We've stayed in Frisco before as the town is situated such that one can easily ski Breckenridge, Keystone, A Basin, Copper, Vail and Beaver Creek. The town itself is a beautiful little town with great amenities. Good restaurants (try Vinny's for a great organic locally sourced meal), sopping (everything from Walmart to Whole Foods), coffee shops, and a great little museum. The condo itself was very comfortable and clean, nice kitchen, lots if room. The only negatives are that it's up 2 flights of stairs, and that a new condo complex is being built next to it, blocking the view out all the windows on one side of the condo. Despite that, we had a great time. Other than going skiing or for groceries, we didn't need to use our car. Just walked to everything. I'd definitely stay there again."

"We had a nice stay at the Flaks home. The river is just out the door, we could see it from several windows in the main LV room. Greg called within an hour after we had arrived to make sure we were in and it was all satisfactory. It was set up perfectly for my large family (8 adults, 2 kids), although we only had all 10 sleeping in the house 1 night, there was plenty of room for us all.
The pantry had lots of inventory. (normally I bring my own spices and what not, not needed here!) There are 3 full baths, and the towels were a plenty. Every bedroom and family room had TVs, there is a family room on the main level and one downstairs.
My only Con for this property was the hot water, we had to stagger showers to have tepid water for all. I bet Greg will get this corrected asap as he asks for any oddities to make the next persons stay comfortable. This would be a great summer place to stay so many things to do in Breck, great town! Thank you Greg."

"The condo was nice and right by the heated pool with two hot tubs and a fire pit. We thought that may be a problem with noise but they promptly close the pool, tubs and patio at 10pm so perfectly quiet to sleep. The walk to the lift was a bit troublesome until we figured out the logistics. The ski lockers are not conveniently located in the condo for walkers but very convenient if you are driving to other ski areas. There is only one elevator to the garage for this unit and no stair availability to the garage so the elevator wait times are LONG! The view was really nice as well. We had a maintenance issue with one of the beds and the maintenance staff arrived same day to fix the problem. Condo could use updating as the stove/oven are from the 90s and the master bedroom TV isn't hooked to the cable so watching anything while lying in bed is almost impossible. Also the master gets very cool at night if you don't leave the door to the living room open. Overall good experience and we will consider again for our family of 5."

"I was a little hesitant booking online, but I can assure you, the entire transaction was fantastic. The owner contacted me right away and was always available! She sent so much information, both about the condo and the area!
I went on a 2 week trip, and this condo was my last leg and was perfect! The washer and dryer were a plus! I was pleasantly surprised to find it stocked with so many supplies! No need to buy many food basics, such as condiments and cooking/baking tools and supplies. Most places empty everything out and you have to buy everything! I even used the crockpot and had a hot meal after a very long day! I felt comfortable leaving non perishable items I bought for the next person to enjoy!
There were plenty of linens, towels.. extras such as hairdryers, and even lotion in almost every room!
The condo itself was very comfortable, clean and modern!
I did not get the opportunity to use the pool, etc.. and did not have a use for the shuttle... but it was easy to find and very close to town.
Lots of information of the area available, and great instructions.
The neighbors were friendly.
Can't say enough about this place! I will definitely stay again if I go back!"
