  • Great accomodations for our annual "guys" ski trip: close to lifts, individual beds, super kitchen

"We have stayed in 12 different resorts for our annual ski trip. We were the most comfortable in this 4th floor Wheeler House condo. Individual beds in 5 bedrooms each with flat screen TVs with DirecTV were perfect accommodations for the 7 of us but would also accommodate 5 or 6 couples in the 1 king and 6 queen size beds. Having 3 bathrooms was less than we normally have but we handled it. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, small appliances and an abundance of glassware. Two dishwashers were great to have as we cooked in every morning and night. Living room with huge couch and several comfortable side chairs attaches to dining room with table for 8 and a breakfast bar facing kitchen to make one large room for everyone to be comfortable and enjoy après ski stories in front of the gas fireplace and big flat screen. Enclosed porch a little cold for evenings but warmed up with the afternoon sun. Would be great in summer! Owners were very easy to contact and nice people!! Reacted immediately with the one problem we had - burnt out light bulb by having the onsite manager come upstairs. JJs and Rosies are across the street at the bottom of Super Bee lift for food and drinks. Ski rental shops also across the street and lift ticket sales - but purchase online before arriving for savings. Will definitely contact owners if we return to Copper!! Would recommend this condo without hesitation for groups of all sizes 7 to 13 with couples or large families!!"

  • Annual Ski Trip!

"Me and my friends had a great five day trip to Copper mountain all because of this awesome condo. Great location, five minute walk to the super bee lift, and you're even able to ski in for lunch and at the end of the day, if you can get enough speed! The 3BR easily sleeps ten adults, and the 3.5 baths were a nice plus. There is a great balcony with a view, a modern kitchen with a large dining room table, and the living room had enough couches for us to relax after a long day of shredding! Two parking spots were included in the rental and there was even a storage locker for all our gear. All in all, this was perfect for what we were looking for: VALUE. I shopped around several other cabins on int he area. This was the best deal I found and didn't disappoint!"

  • Weekend at Copper for the Copper Tri Bike Ride

"We rented this condo for the weekend of the Copper Tri bike ride. There were 5 of us total in the condo (4 adults and 1 teen), but I think the Condo would probably sleep 6 comfortably and probably holds up to 8. The Condo has been recently renovated and was decorated nicely. There was also plenty of couch space in the living room to sit and watch a movie in the evening. The bathrooms are a bit small - but have been renovated and look really nice. We enjoyed our stay. This was a great location for the Copper Tri and would be awesome for snow skiing as it is right off the slopes."

Wheeler House Travel Tips

Spend Your Vacation in Sequestered Silence at the Wheeler House Condos

About 75 miles west of Denver, Colorado is the 12,000-foot Copper Mountain (with a base elevation of nearly 9,000 feet). During the winter months, vacationers from all over the country flock to Copper Mountain to try their hands and feet at the over 120 different ski-runs the mountain offers to snow-enthusiasts of all levels. In the summer, the mountain is open to other outdoor enthusiasts who like to hit the trails on mountain bikes or take a few swings on the local golf course. Nevertheless, it goes without saying that the best part about Copper Mountain is the lodging, especially that provided by Copper Mountain vacation rentals and the units for rent at the Wheeler House condos.

Feel Like You’ve Never Left Home With Vacation Rentals by Owner

The Wheeler House condos are spacious and efficient for all of your vacation lodging needs. Whether you’re skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, or golfing, Wheeler House lodging has room for you to store all of your vacation equipment and still leaves room for you to stretch your legs. This is one of the main advantages Wheeler House lodging offers over the traditional resort or hotel, which undoubtedly fill to the brim during high tourist season.

Keep Away From Tourist Hustle and Bustle at the Wheeler House Condos

As beautiful as Colorado can be, it can get quite crowded during the busy parts of the year. At the Wheeler House condos, you don’t have to worry about disappointing continental breakfasts, obnoxious co-eds, or anything of the like. Rather, after a busy day on the mountainside, you can go home and relax with your friends and family, and share cups of hot chocolate without interruption.
