  • Access to Copper Mountain's Super B lift

"Owner was easy to work with - granted a later check-out time, which was a big help. If you are looking for a place next to the super B and don't want to break the bank, this may work for you. For a guys trip where I was on the slopes all day and out at night, this worked just fine."

  • Excellent Conference Location

"This is the second year my group rented the condo for a conference at Copper. The location is great -- the walk to the conference center is about 5 minutes. I love the underground parking, and the luggage carts for transporting bags to the condo. The elevator works well. My party had 5 persons, and the 2 of us who slept on the 2 fold-out couch beds found them comfortable. The condo has two full bathrooms which suited us just fine. They provide plenty of towels. Check-In was a breeze, as well as communication with the owners. I love the new door lock system. The large dining table worked well for our evening potluck dinners. Wi-FI internet service is excellent. Condo faces I-70 so there is traffic noise when the windows are open or when standing on the balcony. I would certainly book here next year but our conference moved to a new location."

  • Good location

"The size of the condo is great. Master bedroom has a large queen with an additional twin in the room; Den has a pull down Murphy bed. Bedding is very comfortable after a long day of Copper activities. Kitchen was fully loaded with dishes and plenty of cups. We had a few minor issues in the condo, but the building management was quick to respond. The condo was a little warm in the afternoon, but that was to be expected as the sun was setting...it was summer as well."

  • great location

"These are the nicest units in the East village which is much better skiing than the Center or West villages which are flatter and more for beginners. My daughter was ski racing and being able to walk, for literally 2-3 minutes, to the lift and the lodge where all the activities were occurring was excellent. The unit is nicely done with upper end finishes and having a bathroom for each bedroom and the living room/pull out couch was a great plus. The owners were helpful and accommodating and provided detailed instructions and recommendations for activities and restaurants. All of Copper Resort is accessible via shuttle or a short walk-10+ minutes to Center Village. There are only two down sides to this property. The garage is small, my Chevy Traverse barely fit and a full size SUV or a vehicle with a roof rack would not, and the nearby extra parking was almost always full. Parking in the overflow lot would necessitate a shuttle back to the condo. There is not a hot tub or gym in the condo complex but a very nice athletic club for Copper Mountain is available just down the road for a minimal daily fee with all the amenities. I would definitely rent this unit again and I am a very picky tenant."
