Copper Mountain is a popular ski resort in northwest Colorado that is known for its naturally segregated terrain, which is perfect for skiers of all skill levels. The annual snowfall is almost 300 inches with snowy, blue skies all year long, making Copper Mountain lodging ideal for the perfect winter wonderland in the heart of the Rockies.
Copper Mountain Resort Welcomes All
The natural setup of Copper Mountain itself allows for skiers of all skill levels to have a great time; as a result, skiing is the main attraction near Copper Mountain rentals. The end of the mountain features beginner trails and bunny slopes while the middle is filled with intermediate trails. On the other side, you will find expert trails and bowls. This variety of ski slopes sets Copper Mountain Resort apart from others in the area.
Getting around Your Copper Mountain Lodging
The Copper Mountain resort area is comprised of three ski village areas. This means you can really just walk outside of your Copper Mountain lodging and take the extensive network of ski lifts to and from the villages. The area in which Copper Mountain rentals is located is also equipped with a free shuttle that connects the three main parts of the resort including the Super Bee Lift, the American Flyer & American Eagle, and Union Creek.
Things to Do near Copper Mountain Rentals
If you want to do a little shopping, you will need to leave the immediate area of your Copper Mountain rentals and head for Frisco or Keystone. However, if you want to take a scenic drive, your best bet is to head out from the Copper Mountain lodging area and drive toward Colorado’s wine country which consists of more than 70 wineries in Hotchkiss, Grand Junction, Palisade, and Montrose.
