  • Nice Lake View Condo with "Extras" to Make the Most of Your Stay

"Our family of three stayed in Andrew's Condo for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the unit! The pictures are a good representation of the condo and there are extras that the owner does to make his guests feel more at home: 1) Better stocked kitchen than most condos (we didn't need a thing!), 2) Bikes available for your use (although we brought our own this trip), 3) Camping chairs to take over to the Amphitheater for their Saturday night concerts, 4) Beach towels for the pool. 5) He also left thoughtful notes on the many mountain activities available, along with suggested restaurants for dining. The condo is well taken care of and has just a BEAUTIFUL view of the lake. It is clear the owner wants his guests to feel at home - and we did. If I could suggest one thing it would be to supply a couple of fans for the bedrooms. Andrew was very easy to work with, very prompt with his responses, and he even allowed us a later check-out which was wonderful. We will be back!"

  • Beautiful views, peaceful, and well furbished.

"The home is about 20-25 minutes from the shops in Silverthorne, but it's a quick ride. The house was very spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The views were absolutely gorgeous and there is a deck on three sides of the house to take in the views. The sun sets behind the mountains and then the stars come out. The milky way was visible and I saw at least 11 shooting stars one night. I heard some coyotes in the morning and heard something else walking around the house at night, most likely the cows next door. Make sure you bring some warm clothing, even in the summer. It got down to 32 degrees one night, which I wasn't really expecting, since it was near the end of August. I'd be interested in seeing how it is in the winter months, especially in terms of plowing. There is no streaming of audio/video over the wifi, which was a little bit of a setback, since that's the primary way I usually watch and listen to things. The tv did have cable and a dvr though. The cell service (AT&T) was very spotty inside the house - which isn't necessarily a bad thing. It did work well on the deck. Really, really nice place! I'd definitely stay again!"

  • Great accommodations

"We lived in this condo for 2 years and were very pleased with everything. The condo is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture- the sofa is especially great for afternoon naps! The kitchen is well-equiped and the balcony views are lovely. On chilly evenings, the fireplace was very cozy, with firewood provided. The location is great since Dillon is not such a busy place but you are still close to the amphitheater, restaurants, supermarket, highway, and of course all the great outdoor activities. The condo owners and property managers were all great to work with."

  • Great getaway

"I rented this lovely apt. twice: Aug 28- Sept 3 (2 couples), and Oct 6 - 8 (2 girls). In August, it was busy, afforded access to Leadville and other nearby attractions and also excellent hiking and biking trails, good fishing (8 fish in one day: cooked up delicious), Jacuzzi and pool, and easy access to all basic amenities, including shopping, movies, and restaurants. In October, it was quiet, perfect weather and gorgeous glowing aspens next to the balcony: utterly relaxing. The apt is spacious, comfy, and well supplied with kitchen essentials. Beds afford a great night's sleep. What more could I ask for?"
