"The best part of our stay was savoring the FANTASTIC view from the moment we got up
each day - couldn't wait to look out the window! Also, it's a fabulous place for walking along
the lake with more incredible views of the surrounding summits. Be sure to visit the
Araphaoe Cafe for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner! However, if you plan to cook in the condo,
be prepared for less than wonderful pots/pans/utensils. But, that's not a deal breaker.
The owner is very kind, and I have no reservation in highly recommending Jennifer's condo!"

"This is a delightful condo. It's has been our vacation destination for the past two summers and we've already booked it for next year. The view of the lake and mountains are unsurpassed. The convenient location is another big plus for us....both within Dillon proper as well as the surrounding resorts of Keystone, Breckenridge and Frisco. The condo is well maintained with all the comforts of home. Amy is wonderful to work with. I definitely recommend this condo as a vacation rental. We have great memories of this area; one of which is this beautiful condo."

"Our group of 9 girlfriends stayed at Chad's cabin for one night on our way from the Denver airport to Vernal, Utah for a five day rafting trip. Chad was great to work with throughout the rental process. The house had plenty of room for everyone to have their own bed and plenty of bathrooms to allow us to quickly get back on the road in the morning. The cabin is just a few miles off of Interstate 70 and close to stores, restaurants, and coffee shops."
