  • Great home base for family ski vacation!

"We stayed for one week over New Year's 2014, and our family vacation could not have been better. The home is beautiful, very clean, organized, lots of fluffy towels and nice linens, well-stocked kitchen with every gadget and appliance, comfy furniture and warm, heated floors. There are so many windows, with beautiful views outside every one. We traveled with our three sons - ages 17, 15 and 10 - with a total of 5 people, and there was more than enough room for everyone. The fireplace was especially nice - toasty warm after a long day of skiing. We had great meals at the house, as well as many meals out in nearby Dillon, Frisco, and Keystone. We skied 5 days and went to Vail, Keystone and A-Basin - all within an easy drive. The home is in a neighborhood setting which had great snow removal - a plus because we got a lot of snow. (We rented a car, and Hertz had overbooked their SUVs. We ended up with not-great-snow cars, and had we stayed in a more remote house, we'd have gotten stuck for sure.) It was also so nice to park inside a large garage, with the laundry room right off the garage for washing wet ski clothes. There is quite a bit of privacy with the way the home is situated on the lot, and a terrific sledding hill just out the back door. We would absolutely stay in this home again! The owner was so easy to work with, and the home lived up to its photos and reviews. There was also a stunning wild fox who'd troll the back patio in the snow looking for a hand-out each morning. Thanks for a great family vacation!"

  • Great location and great value!

"I came to town with a group of friends for a Colorado ski vacation. I had stayed at a nearby condo previously and knew Dillon was the perfect location to hit every mountain on our list. You're within 30 minutes of most major resorts, the Summit Stage is at your door, hot tub and pool are an excellent post ski/ riding destination, and you've got multiple restaurants, bars, and breweries within walking distance. The condo was exactly as described. Perfect for a group of 6. Space for everyone and amazing view of the sunrise over the lake from the dining room table. I highly recommend this place, and wouldn't hesitate to return on my next trip to Colorado."

  • Comfortable Condo and Great Location

"We had a great time! Coordinating our stay with the owner was a breeze. The condo is very nice and comfortable and the kitchen was thoughtfully equipped with the things you would typically need if you are planning on cooking and/or making lunches for a day on the slopes. The location is perfect if you plan to ski/ride at multiple resorts, which we did. The proximity to town is also very convenient. While the location is still quiet, it is only a few minutes drive to most shops and restaurants and within walking distance to two of the best restaurants (Arapahoe Cafe and Jersey Boys Pizza, as recommended by the owner). Not to mention we got two 8 inch powder days at Loveland. What more could you ask for? We would definitely stay here again."

  • A Gem Hidden At Lake Dillon!

"If you're looking for the perfect little hideaway while being close to all the major Summit ski areas, look no further. This little one bedroom condo is cozy, well stocked and owned not by some operation that is in it for the money, but by a single individual whose taste and charm are evident from the appointments, to the directions she provides. I love the idea of benefitting the individual when possible. A great way to stretch your vacation dollar, you can bet next time we come, we will be calling Jennifer. I took my 12 year old daughter skiing for the first time over spring break 2014, and chose this condo. The large couch does not fold out, but for a 12 year old, it was spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable for me, and the well appointed kitchen had everything we needed. Just a trip to the grocery store on the front end gets you what you need. Thank you so much, Jennifer for the great place and the great value! If you're thinking about the Dillon area, and don't have large space needs, no matter the time of the year, you need look no further. I know I'll be back! Book it now. You won't be sorry!!"
