  • Excellent Condo, Great Communication with Owners

"This is an absolutely great property with lots of space for people. There were only 4 of us but could easily sleep 6-7. Everything in the condo was in great shape, everything you could want or need. The owners were fantastic with communication as I had to switch a day around at the last minute. Would highly recommend this property to other people and will definitely be making a return trip in the summer time."

  • Perfect Home Away from Home

"We stayed here for our ski trip this year, and I could not have been more happy with our accommodations. The condo is close to a variety of ski slopes (we did Copper and Breckenridge) and it is also located in a great town that literally has everything you need for reasonable prices, unlike staying on a resort. The kitchen had more than enough dishes, utensils, etc, not to mention all new appliances, so we cooked most of the time we were here. However, I would recommend checking out Dillon Dam Brewery. They have a great selection of beer as well as an incredible dinner menu. Plus, it's literally right down the road from the condo! Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms had everything we needed. And the owners were more than willing to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Jeff checked in on us numerous times to make sure everything was ok, and that we were taking advantage of the epic powder conditions we had that weekend. We got about 18" :) Overall, I would recommend this condo to anyone who is ok with not being stuck on a resort. I personally enjoyed it that way, as we were more centrally located to all the other ski resorts in the area and the peace and quiet was AMAZING. I have no doubt that we will return next year and stay here if possible! Thanks again Jeff!"

  • Four Generations of Fun

"The home was amazing and just felt like home. It is decorated and felt like a home away from home ought to. We populated the home with four generations of family and it was comfortable. We looked forward to coming home after our busy days exploring and enjoying God's beautiful earth. I would recommend this experience to anyone. Our ages ranged from 19 to 82 and we all felt the same about our experience."

  • Lake Dillon Views.

"Enjoyed our 3 night stay while Peter rode the Copper Triangle Bike Ride. Great location for Dillon and be sure to check out the Dillon Market on Friday's 9-2 until October. Walking distance to that and the great Thrift shop. Amphitheatre and Arapaho Cafe also steps away. Quiet area and this place is immaculate. Kitchen is very well stocked if you need to cook."
