  • Wonderful 2 months!

"We lived here for 2 months to enjoy Breck! This is a great place with plenty of space for everyone. Loved the 4 TV's, hot tub on deck and how quiet the area was. Walk was not too bad to mountain and shuttle bus dropped us off at the end of the road by the unit. Very easy to get around and not need a car. Kitchen is well stocked and spacious, gas fire place was handy as was in unit laundry. This is more than a condo as it has lots of places to "go" inside". We found it a perfect location while we were there."

  • Above and beyond

"Boar's Nest could not have been a more perfect property for our vacation. The pictures just don't do it justice. The vistas from the house are phenomenal. No detail was forgotten in its design. All of the bedrooms are comfortable, the bathrooms luxurious. The living room and rec room are so inviting and comfortable and provide more than enough seating that you feel like you're in your own cozy home. The "theatre" was spectacular. I think if this was a ski trip we might have used it more, but that's our own fault. The kitchen is well-equipped with top notch appliances and accessories. Oh, and don't forget about the surround sound that is wired throughout the house, including the front deck and hot-tub patio! As for convenience to downtown, you are a quick walk up the hill to the gondola and free bus stop. Or it's about 3/4 of a mile downhilll to main street and then the free bus up the hill! I was here for a wedding with a houseful of friends and we all agreed we wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the home. I would definitely rent this property again."

  • What a Wonderful Week!

"The house is wonderful. It is spotless and lovely with a heated bathroom floor, steam showers, and a jetted tub. At no point did we feel like renters. The entire time we felt like guests. Stacy, our host, provided all the comforts of her home to us. From lotion, to a wonderfully stocked kitchen, to restaurant advice, to even a high chair! Despite the weather, it was a wonderful and relaxing week and we would be thrilled to return."

  • Great family reunion

"Had a great vacation at big horn lodge with our entire extended family. Older kids had plenty of places to go out and about in town, with the shuttle stop close by. Moms and dads spent every evening on the large deck on top of the house. The hot tub has a great view. We had enough room to seat the whole family at the dining room table where we played cards and talked past dinner after the little ones were tucked in while the older kids enjoyed the big flat screen TV in the living room a little too long (we had to tear them away). TV's in every bedroom kept them occupied. The kitchen is simple, but has two huge side by side fridge and freezer, two ovens, two coffee makers, two toasters, two dishwashers and plenty of pots and pans for a big group. The two Crock Pots were great for making our famous shredded pork bbq sandwiches. Everything was clean and nicely cared for. Carole and Amy are a pleasure to work with. We enjoyed our stay very much and will return."
