  • Great condo centrally located in the heart of Summit County!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"I just spent a full month in this condo and had a great time exploring Summit County......... The condo is everything that the owner says it is, Very comfortable, Centrally located, And completely furnished throughout........... Great location within the town of Frisco, Just a few minutes walk from main street, and Summit Stage bus stops, Which will take you anywhere in Summit County........... Owner is also very accomodating and extremely easy to work with, she was even willing to adjust the dates I had reserved with very little notice........ I definitely hope to spend more time here in the future.........."

  • Fantastic condo and owner!

"I was a little hesitant booking online, but I can assure you, the entire transaction was fantastic. The owner contacted me right away and was always available! She sent so much information, both about the condo and the area! I went on a 2 week trip, and this condo was my last leg and was perfect! The washer and dryer were a plus! I was pleasantly surprised to find it stocked with so many supplies! No need to buy many food basics, such as condiments and cooking/baking tools and supplies. Most places empty everything out and you have to buy everything! I even used the crockpot and had a hot meal after a very long day! I felt comfortable leaving non perishable items I bought for the next person to enjoy! There were plenty of linens, towels.. extras such as hairdryers, and even lotion in almost every room! The condo itself was very comfortable, clean and modern! I did not get the opportunity to use the pool, etc.. and did not have a use for the shuttle... but it was easy to find and very close to town. Lots of information of the area available, and great instructions. The neighbors were friendly. Can't say enough about this place! I will definitely stay again if I go back!"

  • Great Experience

"This townhome has great location, amenities and ambiance. The listing and photos are accurate, so it is easy to know what you are getting. It is clean, comfortable and well kept. Must give the highest praise to working out the rental arrangements with the owner. Owner provided 2- for-1 lift ticket coupons for Copper Mountain, a terrific treat. Great breakfasts can be had at the Butterhorn Bakery & Café and Log Cabin Café. The Lost Cajun is unique and should be tried. We definitely recommend this rental."

  • AKA Mt. Royal Townhome, 5 BR 4BA, 1 blk from Main Street Fun & Businesses

"Our Group of 6 old friends really loved this place. Excellent for our two in-home dinners - Complete kitchen, many spices/condiments, huge table, large chairs, spacious confortable living room/dining room. Bedrooms are very separated and most have own bathroom. 1 block from Main Street made for an easy breakfast walk and shopping and FREE Summit Shuttle. A short walk down Main was the Marina hubbub. Short walk/drive other way was Rainbow Lake Trailhead. Downstairs would be good kids fun/living room with two bedrooms, for separation if/when you need that. Not ADA accessible, all on second floor +."
