"I was traveling with my husband and 1-year-old, so we were looking for more of a laid-back experience than adventure-seeking. This condo was excellent and just what we were looking for. The mountain views were spectacular, and I loved listening to the brook bubbling by while on the balcony or inside with the screen door open. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen fully stocked. We loved having access to the clubhouse pool and hot tubs after a day of sightseeing. The only word of caution – it is four floors up from the underground parking with no elevator, which can be daunting to those not used to the altitude or with a lot of luggage. The town of Frisco is adorable, even though the downtown was under construction, with cute restaurants and shops as well as the necessities (grocery store and Starbucks). There also was a beautiful marina and park, with a lot of hiking opportunities, even a trail in the condo's backyard. The town was ideally situated to travel on day trips to Breck, Vail and other resort areas for hiking and sightseeing. I cannot say enough nice things about our stay in this condo, which gave us a beautiful home base to explore all Colorado had to offer."

"We stayed at this condo in Sept of 2015. It is a two bedroom condo with each having it's own bath. There also is a powder room which makes it a perfect location for two couples. We found the condo to be very charmingly decorated and outfitted with all of the accoutrements necessary for daily living. There is not a view from this condo. It sits just off of the reservoir but the water is just a short walk over a boardwalk. We are cyclist and we found that the bike rentals were just a mile or so away and we cycled most everywhere we went. There is a private parking garage where you can store your personal stuff like skis, bikes, or boards. We parked our rental out in the common parking area but did use the garage for our bikes. This condo is on the second floor but the stairs are very easy to get to you can park right at the bottom and unload your luggage. All in all this was a great location for our trip. We were a party of four adults and the condo felt very roomy for our group. I would stay here again."

"This property and its owner are quintessential VRBO---even better than described with no unpleasant surprises! The location is great in that there is easy highway and town access, but quiet with a beautiful walk to Lake Dillon. Many thanks, and we hope to return!"

"Just returned from a week stay in this condo with a family of four. The location is central to skiing and many other activities. The property is well maintained and very well equipped. The kids in particular enjoyed the puzzles and games, as well as their own room and TV. The owners were very responsive; easy to book with and answer questions."
