"We really enjoyed our two day stay this last weekend at the Mountainside Condos. This particular condo is kept up nice and was very clean. The location and amenities are fantastic!! Mt. Royal right out the back door, easy access to all the ski areas and a fantastic club house!!! The clubhouse alone makes this a great place to stay; three huge Jacuzzi's, indoor pool as well as both steam and sauna rooms to warm you up after a cold day on the slopes.
My only gripe is that the condo could use some updates to carpet and furniture. Also, the twin beds are for small people (under 6'0"). The couches do not pull out but they have a lot of bedding to make them comfy for the kids. That said, this is a good value so can't expect too much. My cabin (in CA) has old furniture too so understand what it's like to furnish a second vacation home. The wood fire place is great."

"Just back from a 4-day stay. The condo itself is very spacious and can easily accommodate 7 people. It is located in the middle of Frisco, near many shops and restaurants. It is a 25-miute drive to Vail and just 15 minutes to Brecks. There is a large kitchen, a working fireplace, and a garage. For the price, it is a no-brainer to stay at that codo with a small/medium-size group of people than at a hotel. The only downside was a group of youngsters that stayed above us and decided to have a party in the middle of one night. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. Thanks, Linda!"

"Our family stayed at this well-appointed condo for 6 nights for a family reunion. This is a very nice unit with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. It was clean and the property manager was very responsive when we had questions. The kitchen is small but is fairly well stocked with the right utensils, tableware etc. There is also a small outdoor balcony with table and chairs, a perfect spot to take in the view over breakfast. The condo has great access to the bike trails and is less than a 10 minute walk to a brand new Whole Foods Market. My only negative comment on this property is that guests must pay an extra charge for WiFi. This seems a bit outdated and a bit "cheap" on the owner's part; almost all rentals include internet access! Aside from that annoyance, this unit is a comfortable, clean place to stay in Frisco."

"Our stay in Frisco was fantastic and the condo made the stay very enjoyable. It was spacious and well appointed. Every need was met, there was nothing we were lacking. We liked the location, close access to the interstate and walking distance to the shops and restaurants on main street. Covered parking was provided, and extra locker space in the garage. The owners provided additional information about nearby skiing, that was very helpful. We were 1st timers to skiing and found the bus stop in front of the condo handy that takes you to the slopes. The access to the owners family locker at Copper ended up being a huge asset, as we didn't have to carry our equipment home each day. I have nothing negative to say, other than the pictures online don't do this condo justice. It's much nicer in person."
