  • Great location!

"We chose this central location based on day rides (we came on motorcycles) and couldn't have asked for anything better. The house was comfortable, had everything we needed. Hot tub was great after a long days ride. Short walk into town was a plus! If we're ever in this part of the country again, we would definitely stay here. Owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. Deposit was refunded promptly and without issues!"

  • Don't overlook this rental!

"We stayed with my family, which consisted of 6 adults and 4 younger kids. I've stayed in Frisco for over 20 years, and this really is the best rental I've found when considering location, pricing, and setup. The setup was very comfortable for our group and could easily accommodate up to 3 families given each family would have a place to sleep and a shower/bathroom of their own. The basement allows for an extra living area so everyone can spread out. The location couldn't be better. There is a beautiful park a block away, and hikes to Mt. Royal, Mt. Victoria, Rainbow Lake, and Peaks Trail are an easy walk from the house. If you have bikes you can catch the trail to Breckenridge and Copper Mountain/Vail Pass a block behind the house. Main Street is also a walk/short bike ride from the house. The deck looks out to the small stream running behind the house which makes for a pretty cool morning coffee spot. The street in front of the house has very little activity, so we spent some evenings with the kids playing catch and riding bikes out front. The owner is very helpful and made the stay very smooth and easy. This meant a lot considering I've stayed in places that have a book of rules that came from Cinderella's stepmother."

  • skier with family of teenagers

"I would highly recommend this townhome/condo. The property was new and in very good condition. Loved the heated bathroom floors! The main room was open, with a nice kitchen (although it needed a few sharp knives), and big screen tv. The beds were a little small (fulls and perhaps a queen), although the linens were nice. The private hot tub was wonderful after a long day of skiing. The property was in a nice location of Frisco - a couple of blocks from Main Street. (We highly recommend the only sushi restaurant in town. The ambience is so-so, but the service and sushi is excellent.) It was also very quiet, which cannot be attributed solely to the fact that we rented during the late season. The owner was very responsive (although the agency that handles the booking left quite a bit to be desired - we placed 4 calls to the agency (one on the "emergency" line!) and never received a return call). All in all, a very nice place at a very fair price."
