  • Nice condo in Frisco

"Our family stayed at this well-appointed condo for 6 nights for a family reunion. This is a very nice unit with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. It was clean and the property manager was very responsive when we had questions. The kitchen is small but is fairly well stocked with the right utensils, tableware etc. There is also a small outdoor balcony with table and chairs, a perfect spot to take in the view over breakfast. The condo has great access to the bike trails and is less than a 10 minute walk to a brand new Whole Foods Market. My only negative comment on this property is that guests must pay an extra charge for WiFi. This seems a bit outdated and a bit "cheap" on the owner's part; almost all rentals include internet access! Aside from that annoyance, this unit is a comfortable, clean place to stay in Frisco."

  • Highly recommend!

"We have been staying in condos or homes in Mountain Side for the past 3 years. This house was the best. The owners were very responsive. The house was clean and updated. The access to the best hot tubs in Frisco was easy - just across the street. We had up to 8 adults during our stay, and it was fine. Central to all the major Colorado ski resorts in the area."

  • First Colorado Trip

"This was our first skiing trip to Colorado. We chose to stay in Frisco since it was in close proximity (about 10 minutes) from Copper Mountain which is where we planned to ski. The price was very reasonable for the condo and looked as if the owners went to great lengths to ensure you had everything to make sure your stay was as comfortable for you as possible. I gave it a 4 star because the faucet in the kitchen was difficult to turn on/off and we did not have enough wash cloths for everyone. Very small and insignificant problems. I will say if you are wanting to walk to main street to catch the shuttle, it is a good little hike, especially with ski gear. That was not an issue for us since we rented an SUV and drove to the slopes. The view from the back deck is beautiful with stream running through, could have sat out there all day. The hot tub and pool were very close in proximity and that was nice. We loved the place and was a perfect fit for our group of five. We would absolutely stay again."

  • 10 Guys Looking for Snow!

"We found lots of snow near Frisco! The town is ideally situated to access some of the best skiing in Colorado. We sampled three of them during this trip - Breckenridge, Vail and Copper Mountain. The skiing was spectacular, but equally impressive was our accommodation. As the rookie in the group I got to book our accommodations. Many of the guys in our group have been going on similar trips every year for the last two decades. They were all blown away by the Summit Lodge! With two family rooms on different floors, a pool table in the loft and a hot tub on the balcony it allowed every one in the group to do their own thing after a day of skiing or gather in any one of these spaces to share a drink and regale the day's adventures. The dining area easily accommodated the ten of us and created a great environment for sharing a meal and stories. The kitchen is very large and extremely well equipped. We prepared every meal (including travel lunches) for all of us for a week and we were never wanting for anything. Cammie was a fantastic host. She communicated extremely well before and during our visit and she genuinely wanted to ensure that everything was to our liking. The only drawback.... now all of our wives want to come too!:) Hopefully we can make that happen next year!"
